This is the worst bridal shop experience I have ever had and I strongly recommend not doing business with them. We (the bride, maid of honor, bride's mom, and I - I am the matron of honor) ordered the bride's dress in February. They assured us the dress would be in the first week of June. It's now July 2 and they don't have the dress nor are they apologetic and/or honest. They keep saying “next week, next week” and have been saying this since June 1st. They do not contact you nor are they nice to you when you call concerned. In fact, they try to rush you off the phone. The wedding day is approaching quickly and we are now frantically searching for a backup dress. Ladies, please avoid this place unless you want to be stressed, disappointed, fed up, and extremely upset.
