Do not shop at Eva's Bridal! I put a deposit down on a dress and changed my mind. So I decided to spend the deposit on a veil. Every time I call Eva's, they do not return my calls. When my mother calls, they claim they don't have me on file. The main sales lady, Lynda, yelled at my mother on the phone! They claim they don't know me and won't talk to me about the deposit; essentially, they stole $500 from me! Each sales person is also very rushed and not helpful. They are also very rude. I asked the secretary for her last name during a phone call and she said she didn't have a last name. I've asked for the manager and she is never available. My mother-in-law and sister-in-law went to try on bridesmaid dresses and Eva's would not let them near a dress; they had an appointment!

Eva's is also unsightly and unclean, not the sort of place you would really want to buy your wedding gown in!

I am not a difficult person, in fact I'm really easy to deal with. So, if I have this much bad stuff to say about Eva's, trust me, don't go there and don't put down a deposit!
