I've always been interested in eyelash extensions, but was didn't feel like spending hundreds of dollars for them. Nina was offering a great price, so I opted to try once. I imagined I would get what I paid for but BOY WAS I WRONG! Nina is one sweet, generous, and very professional woman! She offers a great price and a even better service and superb quality of work! To top it off, she even offers to come to your home and work with your hours.
Nina honestly works to make her clients happy. Initially I had told Nina that I didnt want my lashes to be too full, so she had made it very natural. After sleeping on it for one day I decided that I wanted to make my lashes more fuller. I contacted Nina and asked her to make another trip to my home, and she agreed with NO EXTRA CHARGE! Though it was not her fault, and I had changed my mind. All she simply said was that she wanted her clients to love their lashes and have a great experience with them. That's true 100% customer satisfaction right there!
It has been two months since my husband and I have gotten married. To this day we still talk about how the one important decision we made was hiring Jennifer at Charming Occasions for our Day of Coordination. I was always so skeptical about hiring a coordinator because like all SuperBrides – I thought I could do it on my own. But Jennifer’s service was invaluable to me and is probably the best decision I could have made. All I can say is that every bride needs a Jennifer for their wedding. From start to finish, she was impeccable! Weddings are a big stresser, but she worked her tail off to take a load of my shoulder. I know coordinators are big money, but I can positively say that every dollar invested in Jennifer is well worth every single penny!
As I reflect back to my wedding day, all I can remember is the calmness and peacefulness I felt throughout the whole day. There wasn’t one thing that I had to think of or take care of that day except for looking marvelous! Jennifer was the first person at the ceremony site and the last person that left at the end of the day. The day went by so much more gracefully only because Jennifer was there by me as calm and organized as she was. My wedding day was flawless and relaxing for me. I had many of my family member and friends comment to me about how welcoming, friendly yet so professional and organized she was throughout the whole day.
Even though I hired Jennifer just for the Day of Coordination, she went well over what she was contracted to do. She communicated with me constantly to make sure everything was going well, she provided me with timelines and lists of items I should prepare or do, she made sure all my important premarital items needed to be complete, and she even offered to pick up all my rentals for my wedding! She even went as far as returning my rentals the following working day, without me even asking her to. What I was really impressed is when I completely forgot to make arrangements to get the rentals returned. In the midst of my honeymoon I called the rental facility and I was notified that Jennifer had already returned them. Jennifer even went over and beyond by contacting my vendor for my refund check while I was honeymooning. Her services were done the moment I drove away after my wedding reception, but she took it upon herself to completely finish her job as a Wedding Coordinator. I was really grateful that she was working to take a load of my shoulder, which was definitely what I needed.

Kerim was a blast to work with in the beginning. He listens and works with you and your ideas. I do have to admit, Kerim won't get back to your emails and your phone calls, but he understand that you have a 9 to 5 job and he will adjust to your time to meet. He can be very opinionated, but I think it's because he wants to help. My wedding day flowers were marvelous, and my guests couldn't stop complimenting me on my flower decor. He did exactly what I had requested of him, and I was really grateful. Kerim did such a great job, I was excited about referring him to all my future brides that would ask me for my vendor referrals, until we had a situation after the wedding.
The reason for my three star rating is because of a situation that arose after his services were completed. We met two weeks before my wedding to finalize my flower decor selections and to make my final payments. After I left I realized as I was organizing my paperwork was that I had overpayed Kerim. He had forgotten to put in my thousand dollar additional deposit I had sent to him. I had some modifications done to my decor, which would cost me additional money, so we made arrangements to have him drop off my refund check the day of the wedding. The wedding day comes and Kerim didn't bring in the check because he was in a rush to the ceremony site, but it has been printed out so he would mail it first thing when he gets back to the office. I trusted that Kerim would do so. To make a long story short I didnt get my refund check until couple months later. I made numerous attempts to contact him, but I didnt get a response. I was just simply disappointed in his respose method and delay for my refund. I am grateful that I did get my refund check but it just bothered me that I did not get an explanation or an apology, just an invoice highlighting the additonal charges that were deducted from my initial overpayment. I am just simply glad that in the end Kerim came thru to his promise and sent me my refund, because I have heard of some vendors that took almost a year to get money back.
