Simply put- Nona is amazing!!!! She was recommended by all my other girlfriends in the bay area since she did their weddings. She had never worked at my venue in Napa before and I was soooo glad she agreed to travel to Napa to do my flowers. She did an amazing job! I planned my wedding from New York and she was always available and so efficient and organized. We would discuss the arrangements over the phone and the next morning I'd have an updated excel spreadsheet with the orders and what flowers she would use. I met her once in the studio prior to the wedding and she captured exactly the feel I wanted for my wedding. I received plenty of compliments and she is so reasonably priced. Great to work with, professional, and a fantastic artist, I highly recommend Nona and the floral design studio.

Laurie Lucov did a great job on our wedding cake! The cake was really affordable for a Napa wedding and tasted great. Laurie was really easy to work with, we met her once to taste and design our cake and she made exactly what I had envisioned. She had cupcakes for the tasting of the different flavors available which we were able to take back home with us (just the thing for breakfast the next morning!) Our guests really enjoyed the cake as did we!

Suzy was our wedding coordinator for our april 2010 wedding and we couldn't have asked for a better coordinator. She was always available, and had great ideas for vendors and for all the details of the wedding. She answered every question I had no matter how silly. Since my husband and I were planning our wedding from across the country, she was so helpful and made us feel reassured that everything would work out fine.... and it did. All of this for the "day-of plus" package. On the day of the wedding, I was able to enjoy my day because Suzy is so good at what she does and definitely worth every dollar spent plus more! Suzy did such an amazing job orchestrating the rehearsal and the actual wedding day that everything went off without one problem. She was so good with all the families and even got my crying nieces who were my flower girls to walk down the aisle the day of even though they wouldn't do it at the rehearsal. Professional and definitely a pleasure to work with I would highly recommend Suzy to other couples who are planning a wedding in wine country.

We had our rehearsal dinner and reception at Brix restaurant. It is a great venue with really good food (we had the pork chop and swordfish for entrees), and beautiful garden. Matt, the events coordinator, is a pleasure to work with. We planned our wedding from New York, so we really appreciated his advice and help with course selections since we could not be in Napa to plan the rehearsal dinner. It was a little more than we were hoping to spend on a rehearsal dinner, but well worth it - the food and the post-dinner welcome reception were excellent. I would recommend this site for a reharsal dinner if you have room in your budget.

Richard Wood took the wedding photos for my wedding in Yountville, CA at the Vintage Estate Pavillion on April 24, 2010. I can't say enough good things about him. I live in New York City, so it wasn't the easiest thing to plan my wedding from afar. Richard was so great to work with. He was available to answer any questions I had from the start and always responded to emails/ phone calls in a timely manner. He was so laid back and helpful throughout the entire process. He took time before the wedding to go over the timeline for the day, and gave me a clear idea of the types of photos he would take. He was flexible with timing and worked with our wedding budget. He even gave us recommendations for our rehearsal dinner and ceremony musicians when my fiance (now husband) and I were struggling to find those vendors-- we ended up using his recommendations and were extremely happy! On the day of the wedding, he was so efficient and kept everyone calm and relaxed. I have a HUGE family and he was able to get through all the family photos and some portraits with my husband and I during our cocktail hour -- and we still had some time leftover to enjoy the cocktail hour with our guests. He worked independently and captured all the emotion/ special moments of our day. I would highly recommend Richard for his creative ability, his professionalism, and because he is a real pleasure to work with.
