Prices were decent but the customer service was horrible. For starters, the tent we rented had about 12 holes in it and we had to patch them up the day of the wedding with duct tape (which looked TERRIBLE). I informed the owner, GEORGE, and he said the workers would patch them up... They never did and I wound up getting on the ladder myself fixing the tent so no water would leak on the tables. Also, the dance floor we rented had a piece of metal spring pop up; nevertheless, one of our guests cut her foot open who was in the wedding party. I told the owner about the obstacles we encountered and he was not accommodating at all. His answer to my guest cutting her foot open was, "why did she take her shoes off?" Is he kidding me!!! All the girls take there high heals off on the dance floor – that’s why we had a DAMN dance floor. Another thing was that we requested additional tents 3 days before the wedding b/c it was pouring out and the forecast was thunderstorms for our wedding - this guy made it sound like I was bothering him by giving him more business. I would suggest paying the extra few bucks to get better customer service and a better product. The dance floor, tables, chairs and tents we rented looked like they were from 1988. Please think twice before using this company in Paterson.
