Gigi Bobb does a lot of celebrity wedding cakes (Hiliary Swank and Carmen Electra). She works from home but is able to create any type of design. I wanted something really special and she was able to do that for me. During cake tasting...she made mini cakes that was big enough for me to take home and share with family. I really like her carront and Grande Marnier flavors.

Margart was so sweet! I went over to her house and not knowing much about classical music, she really helped me pick my ceremony songs. They were on time day of and continued through cocktail. Everything was what I wanted. Great service!

I love Echo...my wedding is still months away but she's been tremendous help. I always jokingly call her my 'hired' friend. But seriously, she is a godsend. She's always available for me and I don't feel uncomfortable asking her for help even though I hired her for month-of. She's a complete sweetheart and always there to lend a helping hand or understanding ear. I will have to post again after the wedding but I already know I won't be disappointed. I'm so glad to have her on my side at this important period in my life.

**UPDATE 11/16/07**
I had my wedding late Oct 2007 and Echo was everything I hoped for and more. She worked extremely hard to make my vision come true. She checked in throughout the morning letting my know what I'm suppose to be doing and how much time is left before the next event. I'm very very happy how everthing turned out. Many people came up to me during the wedding to ask about my coordinator and how sweet and professional she was. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat.
