They are amazing people who are fun and relaxing to work with. So flexible; they came to St. Louis for our engagement shoot and to our Delafield, WI wedding. We are so happy we chose the Delafield Hotel for our reception venue. It is an amazing place and was the perfect atmosphere for our wedding. The food was excellent and our guests had a wonderful time. Their options for food and drink are flexible which is great if you want to personalize your event. I had a last minute request for a popcorn bar at 10:00pm and the chef made it a huge hit with our guests.

If you choose the Delafield, you'll be in good hands. Nancy P. is very professional and knows her stuff. Even though she coordinates many weddings at the venue, she will make yours feel unique. When our linens did not show up, she was resourceful and fixed the problem unbeknownst to me on my wedding day.

I know that my guests and I would not have had the same experience at any other venue and I would recommend the Delafield for any couple planning a wedding.

We got the red velvet cake with cream cheese icing and white chocolate ganache. Everyone said it was the best wedding cake they ever had. I could not have been happier with Simma's! Our cake looked amazing; they did a great job taking an idea I had and creating something beautiful.
