There was a bit of mix up when it came to sending out rings to be sized, but they made up for it in good customer service.

Our reception hall was in need of sprucing up, and chair covers were exactly what it needed! They were a little more expensive per chair compared to other companies, but BBJ's color selection was absolutely unbeatable, and they didn't charge as many extra fees. So in the end it cost the same, if not less than it would have elsewhere.

Even if it was a big chunk of change, it was hands down worth it. The hall was so elegant and impressed everyone!

They teach a good variety of dance styles as well as help you plan out your first dance. You learn as a couple, on a dance floor with other couples, but still one-on-one with your instructor. They also have fun Friday dance parties to get in some extra practice and watch other dancers. This was money WELL spent! We felt extremely comfortable when it came time for our first dance!

We chose the instrumentation and music we wanted, and they made it happen. Absolutely top notch musicians. I'm told they showed up on time and ready to go - as a bride that's all you want to hear, and be able to just walk in. That's exactly what we got and we were extremely satisfied!

The Unitarian Church is a great place for people of diverse beliefs to come together. They are very welcoming of guests, and you don't have to be a member to be married there. The church itself is built in a breath-taking Gothic style and provides a picture perfect backdrop.

I searched the area for someone who could make my dream cake, and The Cake Lady was the only place around that was up for the challenge. It was delivered on time, just as promised, and its beauty stunned everyone!

Tuxedo Alley is a great place to "Dress to the nines". We received friendly, personal service and they made the whole process was very easy! We even got a great deal - the groom's tux was free!

Since we were getting our tuxes from them, they offered us half off our invitations. They did all the ordering for us and we picked them up a couple weeks later.

We visited two other flower shops in the area and in no way did they even come close to the quality of Belle Fiori! Emily was able to give us many options within our chosen color scheme that didn't include just standard roses and wouldn't break our budget. It was very easy to communicate with her and update the order to our changing needs. To top it off, Belle Fiori is right across the street from the church we were married at, and my Grandma was able to pick it all up on the morning of. Everything was labeled and perfect!

I got a nice dress, at a good price, but NEVER should have gone here for alterations!! I had to have 3 separate appointments to finally get it to fit, and the seamstress didn't listen to my concerns.

Also, David's Bridal will sell your email and phone number to solicitors! Don't get their credit card - I guarantee it will happen.

It met our needs, but looking back we should have looked around for a better price. We knew there was a $6000 minimum, but as we got closer to the wedding, our guest list dropped from 200 to 150, at it became difficult to meet the minimum. We wasted a lot of money and food that way. Also regarding money, I'm still unsure as to where all of that six grand went. Prices fluctuated, the bill was ambiguous, and some charges were not asked for and had to be cleared up.

One strange policy they have (or rather don't offer) is a tasting. We were told to trust their years of experience and the food would be fine. It was, but we made sure to choose the buffet just in case since we had no way of knowing how it would turn out.

We managed to get the hall decorated how we wanted, but it was a last minute, never guaranteed opportunity. Their decor was ok, maybe a little outdated, but with our decorations it looked nice when the lights were down.

We used the Williamsburg Room, which comes with the Maryland Room as well. I really enjoyed having the two separate spaces and extra room for display and kids' activity tables.

Overall there were a lot of unknowns, but it turned out fine. I just wish it would have been cheaper.
