I was on the waiting list and they called upon receiving a cancellation and I hurried over. I was greeted by Crystal (my consultant) and she invited me to sit down and talk about my day and vision for the dress. She asked clarifying questions and wrote things down. She invited me and my 2 friends back to the dressing rooms. We were immediately offered our choice of beverages. When she returned with our drinks, she noticed that the bigger room was open and moved us in there. The rooms were a nice size with a robe and several mirrors for the bride and seating for your guests. The first round of dresses were BEAUTIFUL-all different variations of what I had asked for and envisioned. She would first present all gowns to me, telling me the designer and what about the dress she thought I would like. I got to pick the order of the dresses and she helped me into them. The room was already equipped with a pedestal and 2 mirrrors (one was a 3-way). Upon getting in the dress should would explain the fabric and cut of the dress. She would also point out what looked good/not so good on me. She never rushed me through dresses, even stood and listened while my friends chimmed in and snapped a million pictures. Before it was all done I had 2 additional rounds of dresses . All extremely beautiful and along the lines of what I was looking for. For the gowns I especially liked, she suggested I go out to the front of the salon where the lighting was better and look in the mirrors out there. Upon determining THE ONE she brought out a couple veils and bust enhancements-all without being asked. I stood out there for a good length of time relishing the moment. Once I was content, she gave me her card and information on my designers upcoming trunk show. After we had emerged I realized 2 hours had passed and I must say I thoroughly enjoyed every minute! If you are looking for a GREAT dress hunt experience with knowledgeable and friendly consultants this is a MUST!

This was the first place I went to try on dresses. Stacey was extremely friendly from the moment I walked in the door. She took the time to understand what I was looking for. You are able to look through their gowns and pick out the ones you would like to try on. As I started to narrow what types of dresses I liked, Stacey took it upon herself to go back and pull more dresses for me. She explained the different cuts and silohouettes. She gave honest opinions and tips on what would look best on my body type. I was by myself and she even took pictures of me in the dresses. I wasn't able to narrow in on one dress during my visit, but they have a great selection especially if you are looking for a discounted designer gown. Eventhough I didn't find "The One" she invited me to come back anytime and look through their selection. If you are looking for a friendly, relaxed, knowledgeable atmosphere to try on dresses, then this is the place to be!

Arrived on time for my appointment, I was told to register. Once I finished I figured I'd sit and wait. And that's exactly what I did for the next 30 minutes. There were 2 ladies behind the desk who never bothered to (a) find my consultant or (b) apologize for my wait. Once I finally did approach the desk to tell them I had other appts I needed to get to, I received a fake apology and was told my consultant would be with me shortly. My consultant did show up, brought me and my guests back to the dressing room. The rooms as decent, seating for guests, mirror and pedestal. Outside of the rooms there is a 3 way mirror and pedestal. She was nice and apologized for my wait, and explained she was with a first time dress hunter and it took longer than expected. I thought that's great and all, but I should've been made aware of this when I first arrived and given the choice to work with another consultant. She began to inquire on the type of dresses that I wanted to try and brought back 3 dresses. Only 1 somewhat looked like what I had requested. I further explained what I was looking for and she went and pulled 3 more dresses. They were beautiful. My friends were taking pictures, but I was told by another consultant that it wasn't allowed for some dresses. After trying on about 5 dresses, I had to go to another appointment. So I picked out my favorite 3, my consultant said she'd write them down and invited me to come back. Overall they are an average salon with a nice selection of dresses with prices to fit any budget. Just don't expect anymore than that.
