DO NOT USE ADMIT ONE!!! What a nightmare! If I could give them 0 or negative stars I would. We used them for our wedding and the service was horrific! They promise professionalism and a worry free event, these are two of many promises that they break.

We became interested in them because we saw one of their DJs perform at a friends wedding. He was the same person that did our initial meeting with them. Their presentation is fantastic. We were so impressed that we went slightly over budget to secure a worry free DJ. Little did we know this was where the NIGHTMARE would start!

As soon as we signed with them and started to pay them the customer service was nonexistent. They're meet the DJ night was the biggest problem that we had with them. We were told that one DJ would be available to do weddings and put him on our list. After searching for another 2 hours we found 2 more DJs that weren't creepy to put on our list. A few weeks later we were told that we didn't have a DJ and that we'd have to pick from the 5 that were available for our date. It turned out that the DJ we wanted was never available and they had lied....one of many lies! We chose one of the five based on the owners recommendation. This guy was TERRIBLE!

They promised to keep people up and dancing at our wedding but the dance floor was a group of people standing around. In addition to this, he played music off of our do not play list and didn't play songs on our must play list!

We complained multiple times to the owner of Admit One and he said that he would get back to us. We never heard from him again. During the sales pitch he seems like a really nice guy....don't be fooled. He's more like a used car salesman! As soon as he has your money he is arrogant, cocky, and very unaccommodating! I don't know how This place remains in business.

They have definitely earned their BBB score of F. I can't stress enough....if you want your event to go well and be stress free DO NOT USE ADMIT ONE!
