I have wasted 2 1/2 months waiting for a flower girl dress for my daughter which is an exact replica of my dress without the train. Periwing (the company I purchased from) not only DID NOT deliver on time, they didn't deliver at all!! I made my order Feb. 11, 2011 & was promised the dress would be delivered by March 28. The date came & went. I inquired via phone & email with NO response. Only a week later after sending an angry letter did I receive a reply. They said the dress was being worked on. After more investigating, I found out they hadn't even started making the dress yet!!! The dress maker had COMPLETELY STOPPED WORK ON THE ORDER WITH NO REASON AS TO WHY & I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED OF ANY ISSUE!!! That was April 2. I was then promised a delivery date of April 15. When I checked on the status the week of April 15, they "GUARANTEED" me the latest delivery date of April 20. . Last night (April 19) I was up until 2am talking with the customer service manger who seemed just as incompetent as the dress maker. NOW they want me to wait until May 11th before receiving the dress because they "haven't had time to finish the dress" as they told me, even though my order was made FEB. 11th AND the invoice they sent me states the status of the order had been "COMPLETED". My wedding is May 28. I have exactly 39 days to go. By the time I will have the dress, they will be WELL OVER A MONTH LATE on delivery. IF I get it at all. USE ANOTHER COMPANY EVEN IF IT COST YOU A LITTLE MORE.GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE FAR OUT WEIGHS DISCOUNTED PRICES. This company has PISS POOR service!! RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM PERIWING AS FAST AS YOU CAN!! THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST!!

UPDATE!! May 6, 2011

Today I FINALLY received the dress and it DOES NOT FIT!! It's OVER FOOT (15") TOO SHORT!!!! The dress also has a STAIN and the bodice is completely offset from the lining!!! POOREST OF POOR QUALITY!!!
