If there was a way to give zero stars I would!! The "owner" Steve Wemmer, was THE WORST!!! It took me over 2weeks to get in contact with Steve after I had given him my deposit several months before my wedding. My wedding coordinator finally got a hold of Steve 2 days before my wedding!! I was freaking out!! I would call Steve from work and from my cell phone and he wouldn’t answer the phone. So after 2weeks of calling, I decided to go to a friend’s house out of the area and call from her phone. What do you know, he picks up!! I should have known not to use him, when he was a no show to our initial meeting at my wedding venue! He ALWAYS has a family emergency (his excuse for not showing up or not calling you back). I paid $350 for a custom gobo with my husband and my name on it and NEVER got it at my wedding!! I paid for a projector and screen, and the projector did not work! I paid for LED lights and I got the regular can lights! If I never see this dude again it will be too soon. If you’re stupid, go ahead and use him. But if you have any sense at all you will not!! I will post this comment on EVERY website that I can so that other brides will not get stuck with such a looser of a business as Golden Sounds Entertainment!!!!

I had my photo thank you cards and a few sheets of photo stickers made at Costco of all places!! I got 75 cards for less than $25! And 80 stickers with our names on them for less than $10. The stickers took only 3 days to deliver and I picked up my thank you cards the next day after I ordered them!

I was extremely pleased with Mark being our officiant at our beach ceremony. We met with his wife Terri and discussed our ceremony. They added personal touches to make the ceremony our own! We got engaged on New Years Eve at midnight and as a surprise they added in a count down, our guests loved it! And so did we! I also like the fact that Mark comes out to the location with his own speaker and microphone and doesnt charge extra for it. I had done my homework before booking him and most other officiants were charging $75-100 more for their services and another $100-$150 more for their microphone and speaker systems! It helps to get married in Orange County, they give you a break on the price!

I purchased photo invitations for my recent wedding (5/30/09) and they were awesome!!
I ordered them in enough time that I didnt have to do rush delivery. Luckily I proof read and had time because they had left off a sentence at the top of my invitation. I gave them a call and they sent me replacements in 48 hours with no problem. Everyone loved my invitations, and I was extremely pleased!!

I got all of my wedding favors from the Knot! They have an amazing selection and when you can catch a good sale your in the game. Remember to search online for discount codes to get a break on your purchases. I usually go to retailmenot.com

This site is very nice, it is very intimate. I would recommend if your guest count is say 110, you are fine. Anything more than that (I had 150) is not as good because some of your guest will have to sit outside in the courtyard and kind of be excluded from the festivities. While the food is wonderful and the space is super cute, the events coordinator is HORRIBLE!!
Michael was extremely inconsistent and even lied to the manager about my request for Salmon (despite our contract). I will NEVER work with Michael G. again. It’s a shame that an individual representing the company can leave such a negative taste in my mouth. I will give the chef his props, the food is wonderful. The owner Ray and the manger Michele were very accommodating and friendly. If you dont mind being lied to about what your guests will be eating and if you dont mind a big talker with no results then I guess Michael the coordinator is your guy. The "resort" section of the hotel is beautiful; the other rooms are overpriced and outdated!

Natalee the owner of RSVP Catering is awesome!!! I use Natalee at work for my corporate functions, where I need lunches or just about anything!! So it was a no brainer when it was time for me to get married, I knew just who I wanted to make my wedding cupcakes!! Natalee and her staff at RSVP are extremely professional, she can cateror for 10 or 350! My cupcakes were the talk of the party, they looked great, they smelled wonderful and the taste was awesome!! I will continue to use Natalee for my business and personal food needs!

I received more compliments about the DJ service than I did for any aspect of my wedding! David and Adair are absolutely wonderful at what they do! David(mc)kept my crowd going and made sure that our guest knew that my husband and I were the centers of attention. Adair(dj) kept the crowd on the danceflooor the entire night! From young to old to inbetween, everyone was sweating and laughing on the dance floor the entire night! I will be hiring Cool Sounds in the future and have passed their numbers and email out to atleast 20 people from the wedding! It would not have been the same without David and Adair!

Elsie is the best! I used Elsie as a trial for my engagement pictures and she made me look like a celebrity. So it was a very easy decision to use her for my wedding day. Elsie is on time, works fast and is very good at what she does. I didnt have to give her any direction, she knew exactly what to do to make my mother and I beautiful!
