My personal assistant just picked up my daughter-in-law's bouquet. It smells like mothballs, is misaligned (the carving in the wood is off center) and the "antiquing" looks like dirt and dust in the cracks and crevices. The wire and hooks in the back are off and it hangs crooked. It was supposed to be cherrywood and it looks just plain dark brown. They have had over 5 months to prepare it. It looks nothing like the website. I called and spoke with "Pat" as soon as I received and said I was sending it back to be fixed. She said they will do nothing. Talk to my supervisor.
I spoke with Alisha Paschal ..not sure of the spelling...she said she didn't smell anything and they would do nothing to fix it. Is this a nightmare and I'm awake?
How can I give this to my daughter-in-law. This is breaking my heart. If anyone wants to see and smell this thing...my cell is 469-878-5626...I am more than happy to do anything to prevent anyone else from having this trainwreck happen to them.
I have just reported them to the Better Business Bureau and I am filing a claim with the small claims court in Richardson, Texas. This will not fix the flowers. I am now trying to find out who the owners are and another company that might be able to fix this.
