My husband and I love to fish (deep sea especially), so we were thrilled to find a great boat and wonderful and friendly captain and first mate in Reel Addiction. If you travel to Bermuda for your honeymoon or for any reason, you should try them out. Wonderful experience and great catches.

The staff at Just Paper & Tea was exceptionally helpful and kind and did beautiful design work. This is a smaller store but carries very unique papers and invitations. And I was very happy to support a local business instead of a huge company. It is very important when you're planning a wedding to have good communication with the vendors and this vendor was very quick to respond to all of my emails and turned around all the layouts expeditiously.

I cannot say enough good things about this company in Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo in Mexico. The staff was wonderfully helpful and was very respectful of my father, who is physically impaired. They had a special vehicle to pick him up in and were attentive to all of our needs. We will use this company for all of our transportation we do in the region in the future.

I purchased my husband's wedding band from this online gem stone and jewelery dealer. They were helpful and patient. Their website is one of the most extensive and educational I've ever visited and, as they do not have brick-and-mortar stores, their prices are unmatched.

Unique and beautiful pieces from both new designers and estates. I am constantly complimented on my settings - both the engagement ring and wedding band. The staff was helpful and took their time to show me as many rings as I wanted to see.

Exceptional band: Bobby Yang's talent is unsurpassed and him and his band had EVERYONE dancing by the end of the night. He also played beautifully during our ceremony. Everyone that heard them play has now purchased an album and/or attended a concert.

The flower arrangements at the ceremony and bouquets themselves were beautiful. But, when I arrived at the reception dinner, I found out that they had forgotten the vases for the table arrangements so the flowers were just laying there on the table with the little plastic tubes on the ends of the stems - very tacky! This was the only bad experience of my wedding.

Gorgeous location and luxurious accommodations. The staff on the ground in Mexico was exceptional and anticipated my every need and wish. The food was delicious and beautifully presented and the cocktails and wine were top shelf. Every detail of the weekend was perfect.

Exceptional store and exceptional customer service. They were very helpful and accommodating and even provided my bridesmaids a discount. The dresses were a gorgeous color and since they were able to be worn in different ways, they fit everyone perfectly. I even had 2 of my bridesmaids wear the dresses BEFORE the wedding even happened.

Terrible experience. During a very special time in my life that should have been full of joy and excitement, I found myself burdened with the stress and anxiety of a missing wedding gown and a multitude of other problems that were the direct result of carelessness and ineptitude on the part of your staff. Even as I draft this letter, I am still awaiting the replacement of a set of earrings (they arrived broken), which I returned to your store over two months ago with confirmed receipt by “Michelle”. I wish that Customer Service could be of assistance, but I have never in the many times I’ve called and emailed, received a response. When the most distressing event occurred – the “misplacement” of my wedding gown a mere day before my intended departure for my nuptials, I have even emailed your own respective email addresses that are posted on the Kleinfeld website and no one replied.
