I worked with Shawna (I believe she works alone although she will have you believe that multiple people work there with her) and while she was really friendly and helpful at first, as soon as I actually paid for the invitations, I found her to be consistently unresponsive to my questions/concerns. On average she would take a week or more to get back to me. The entire process took more than three months...much longer than was repeatedly promised. The invitations were okay, but the coloring wasn't as described nor was it consistent for all of the invitations and the paper quality was not as good as it should have been. And she still hasn't shipped part of my order even though I've paid for it weeks ago and repeatedly asked for the remainder of my order to be sent to me. So far she continues to ignore my emails. I plan on contesting the charges with my credit card. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!!!
