Julie and Shirley did a beautiful job with the chair covers on my wedding day March 27, 2010. Both are very kind, passionate for their work, and highly professional.
They are responsive, pay attention to details, and respect timelines which is very important for wedding planning.
Julie and Shirley make an awesome team and it shows in their interaction with their clients and in their work.
I had absolutley no problem with this Julie and Shirley. They delivered as promised, they were on time on the wedding day, and they did an beautiful job.

Art with Nature was the final pick after meeting and interviewing a handful of florists. As a budget-conscious bride, I was also looking for quality, creativity, and passion from a wedding florist. I felt very at ease and peace at my initial meeting with Kim. She is highly patient, professional, and experienced. Not to mention a very calm & soothing lady, which is much appreciated to any bride. She listens to what you want while adding her personal creativity and "magic thumb" as her special touch.
She has been fabulous to work with! My big day is not till March '2010 but Kim has provided my centerpiece mock-ups and they are absolutley stunning! I am so excited to have Kim part of our special day.
Please see my bio for pictures of my mock-up!

Jennifer Yamauchi is truly a Godsend to any bride. I had interviewed and corresponded with nearly a dozen wedding planners and was not impressed until I met with Jennifer. My wedding will be in March 2010, but trusting Jennifer as my wedding confidente was probably was on my best decisions. Not only is she a sweetheart, but she is very professional, responsive, and resourceful!
It is amazing how quickly she will answer any question under the sun with a plethora of great creative ideas and resources.
She truly cares about your wedding and will do anything possible to make your Big Day perfect!
I am very excited to be working with Jennifer and look forward to the Big Day in 5 months!

Tim Coy will DJ my wedding in March 2010. Although the Big Day is still 5 months out, I am absolutely thrilled to have him part of my production team.
He is very personable, friendly, easy-going, and especially accomodating. He is willing to do anything (within reason) to make sure the brides are happy with his performance. He is extremely professional and accessible.
It is very nice to have piece of mind that you made the right decision for your wedding DJ. I will definitely update with a post-wedding review after March 27, 2010.

Jesi Haack is one of the most personable wedding planners I had interviewed. Although I didn't go with Jesi for my personal wedding planner, primarily due to budget constraints, I was thoroughly impressed with her level of professionalism, charismatic personality, and passion for event planning.
Even though we did not sign a formal contract to work together, she is more than happy to share her knowledge and resources, answer any questions, and provide any guidance that she can.
I'm positive you will not regret your decision to have Jesi as your wedding planner!

I've visited perhaps a total of 10 bridal shops in the 4 months of intense dress shopping, and I would rate Unique Bride as in the B-category. My (future) sister-in-law bougher her Jenny Lee wedding dress from this shop ~ 2007 and recommended this place to me.
This small shop showcases the higher-end wedding dresses, but they will have options for brides in the $1K (and under) budget. Patrica aka Patty was my consultant and she was very pleasant to work with on my first visit. She gave me a great variety of dresses to try on and did not give me any pressure whatsoever. We had marked our top dress but I was waiting for their Sample Sale June 13-14th weekend to get a more affordable price.
During my second visit on June 13th, I was rather disappointed by the level of attention and customer service. I made an appointment with Patty and I had my whole in-laws there with me for emotional support and help. Patty seemed very distracted and talking with other associates while we were idling waiting for her. At times, I kept asking myself, "where is Patty?" "Where did she go?" I feel like we wasted alot of time just waiting for her to help us. Having said all this, it could very well be that Unique Bride was understaffed given the 2-day Sample Sale.
Ultimately, I did purchase my dream wedding dress at the Sample Sale. But I did feel rather "cheated" with the level of customer service, compared to other higher-end bridal boutique shops. I've had much better service elsewhere.
This boutique shop is worth the visit!
First, I must say that a good wedding photographer was of the most important things to me, and thus something I was willing to splurge on. I started looking into different photographers immediately I got engaged in March 2009 and it has been a long (and worthwhile) journey. In about 4 months, I corresponded with a zillion photographers and when I narrowed down my choices, I personally met with about half a dozen photographers based out of anywhere from SoCal to even the east-coast.
I'm a tough cookie (as my fiance would say), and Brian Khang has been a huge trooper to stay patient and happy to answer any questions or concerns I had. He is EXTREMELY responsive and is very willing to accomodate any special requests. He is very professional and punctual (he will call you on the dot when he says he will, compared to a few photographers who had been late to in-person meetings and didn't bother to call me). All in all, Brian definitely knows how to run his business, as he has definitely portrayed himself as a smart and business professional. I tend to value people's business acumen when making business decisions, and Brian exceeded my expectations.
If the above serves little importance, please note that Brian Khang is a very high-caliber, hard-working, personable, and passionate photographer. It shows in his portfolio, his personality, and his past reviews from clients. I even surveyed some of my past brides who follows photographers careers, and we all have Brian Khang marked for the next biggest upcoming photographer.
Brian Khang will shoot my engagement ceremony on June 21, 2009 and I would be more than happy to share more!
