Not only is this husband and wife team a pair of gifted photographers, there are sweet and special people. From day one we knew Ulysses and Jenni were "it" and we wanted them for our wedding, but beyond that, they captured the happiness and joy in every moment from getting ready, to the ceremony to the intimate first dance. Not only were the hundreds of pictures amazing (there was not a single bad picture!), but the album is breathtaking. The guys really cleaned up well intheir coordinating tuxes, vests and boutenneirs. I cannot stress how helpful After Hours was in measuring and assisting in the stying of the guys on our wedding day. They made it simple, easy and affordable for them all to look absolutely dapper... even the little 2 and 3 year old ring bearers! Adorable!!!

I have known Annamaria since I was a young child. She also happened to be my Sunday School teacher growing up- it was only appropriate that on our wedding day that she make it "official". She had the sweetest things to say and brought that special personal touch to our vows. I love that she was such a big part of our wedding and I'm so glad she stayed for the reception! We found our mother-of the bride and maid of honor's dresses at David's Bridal in Middletown, NY. The fall themed colors were available in all sizes right off the rack. Then, a few months later, my mother (mom of the bride) suffered a major heart attack. Thank God she is okay and is back to being herself. After the fact, she also no longer fit in her dress after losing around 40 pounds. David's Bridal got her into the right "new" size, (three sizes smaller) in no time. She looked beautiful as she always does. If they didn't prove themselves then, they certainly did when I found the most gorgeous chapel lenght veil... but it had a tear in the tulle and was not repairable. So, they hunted down the identical veil in Indiana (I'm in NY) and shipped it overnight for free! And if that wasn't enough, it was on sale for only $100- unbelieveable! All my girls looked beautiful and no one broke the bank.

We had our wedding on Nov. 25th 2007, so we went with a simple and down- home Thanksgiving Feast. The Would, in Highland, NY, brought Thanksgiving to us with all the fixin's! The turkey melted in your mouth, the honey glazed ham was to die for and from the cranberry sauce to the green-bean casserole, they nailed it and then "kicked it up a notch"! Not only that, but we had left overs for days and days that we brought home to feed all those hungry out of town guests. I can't imagine how I can top last years Thanksgiving this year! It's a whole lot to live up to! They can create a perfect menu for any time of year and any palette... and most importantly, on a tight budget!

Again, our cupcake tower came out like a fantasy! I made a three foot tall fall themed cupcake tower and Culinary Creations in Pine Bush, NY brought it to life with apple and pumpkin spice cupcakes and buttercream frosting. They looked like something right out of Candyland! To finish off the cupcake tower, the folks at Culinary Creations topped the three foot wonder with a giant cupcake- the biggest I've ever seen. As with all trditions, we saved a piece for our first anniversary (November 25th 2008) and I know I'll have a hard time seeing that last piece go! Culinary Creations cannot be beat- for service, taste, price, and presentation- Everyone was blown away!

Where do I start... Rita at Reginella captured my ideal wedding day, even when I first came in wearing my favorite sweatshirt. She has a special way of seeing each bride as a perfect individual and she'll stop at nothing to make your special day your very own "dream come true"... and then some. I saw my dress in the window of her shop and when I put it on, tears came to all of our eyes. Rita is more than a bridal shop owner, she is a friend and an angel... or should I say fairy god-mother!Reginella is the ONLY place for one-stop bridal shopping.

Absolutely top notch- these guys had even the anti-dancing Aunts and Uncles out of their chairs! We wanted something a bit different- no chicken dance or YMCA, so they played our favorite classic rock, acoustics, and had everyone smiling ear to ear. Thanks again Blazin' Beatz!!!

These were not only the most beautiful flowers of all the florist I looked at, they were less than half the price of the rest! Our entire day was full of the beauty of flowers in all different fall colors- our theme. I'd choose them again in a heartbeat!
