We hired Junshien for our June wedding and we were very pleased. He is easy to work with because he makes you feel comfortable... he kept us laughing during our wedding and engagement session and our bridal party commented on how funny he was. Keep in mind, it was so hot on our wedding day there was a heat advisory. Still, Junshien never complained and he had enough energy to keep our spirits up. He and his assistant arrived early in the morning and stayed after our brunch reception (almost ten hours) so that we could get more pictures.

His professional demeanor was also appropriate. Very responsive to emails and calls so any time we had a question or needed to talk, he was available. Though we were married in California, we lived on the east coast for most of the wedding planning process so his willingness to keep in touch was important to us. We were even able to do our engagement session back east because he was already traveling to the area to photograph other clients. He seems to always be on the go, which was nice for us... we were looking for someone with lots of creativity and energy.

The pictures we received were beautiful. It is a matter of taste but we were originally drawn to the vibrant colors and spontaneity of the pictures in his portfolio and were happy to see those things in our own pictures. I strongly encourage you to check out his website for yourself. He is constantly updating his website with his current work, which is nice because you get to see what he is up to THIS YEAR, not what he was up to three years ago.

Junshien was also flexible about our package. We did not realize that the mini parent albums included in our package were 5"x5" albums. Those are just way too small. However, we were able to credit the parent albums toward enhancing our own wedding album. This was nice for us because we were able to put money toward things we wanted and he was very honest and fair about the credits we had built up. We haven't received our wedding album yet but I will try to update our review when we do.

Overall, very pleased with photography by Junshien and would certainly recommend him to others. At the end of the day, we have hundreds of beautiful pictures and it was a pleasure to work with him for the year we were planning the wedding. We would work with him again

Only a few portfolios stood out to us when we were researching florists. Karen's work is beautiful and when we went to meet her we were also impressed by her professionalism. This impression never faded and we are still thrilled that she was the one who was there on our wedding day. She is very talented but she also listened to what we wanted and it showed in all of our flowers. From the day we hired her, she was always kind and always helpful. She took the time to understand our vision, she never rushed our phone calls, she went all the way out to the site to understand the layout and scale, and she offered a bunch of suggestions (even when my questions were not flower-related). I do not think we could have chosen a better person for the day.

We were extremely disappointed with the quality of the photo strips from our wedding. Our photo booth was one of our splurges because his hobby is photography and we have been to numerous weddings with photo booths. So, after getting quotes from numerous photo booth places, we paid top dollar to go with what we thought was a quality place. The customer service was definitely top notch and the external video was great but at the end of the day, we have a bunch of low-quality prints; not really scrapbook worthy which was the point for us. When we asked about it, we were told that since our wedding was held in the daytime (even though the photo booth was indoors and they have been to this venue numerous times), the extra light affected the camera and the quality of the pictures. I feel like this is something they could have told us before the fact.

Please compare their "vintage-style" photos with other photobooth vendors' pictures before you go with them!

Rebecca was one of my favorite vendors. Her prices are reasonable and her customer service is top notch. She was so great about making suggestions and putting together a list of options for me. When I finally did place my order, everything came safely packaged and it was all beautiful.

We had a great time with Anne-Marie. She was organized and professional from the very beginning, promptly returning emails and calls throughout our time with her. We never had to worry. When there were decisions to be made, she walked us through our options and never put any pressure on us. She choreographed our dance beautifully, taught us the moves, and answered any questions we had.

I visited maybe ten bridal shops in California and New York. There was certainly a wide variety in terms of customer service, price, and treatment. All things considered, I had a good experience at Blossom's Formal.

I purchased my dress from the Valley Fair branch. Blossom's prices were really good compared to other bridal shops and the store was spacious and well kept. Their location inside the mall is both a blessing and a curse. It certainly is convenient, but it can be a madhouse on weeknights and weekends. Try not to go when everybody is trying on prom dresses or winter formal gowns! I went a couple of times during their busy spells and it was frustrating. I could barely get a sales associate to look at me, let alone clip me into my dress. Their prices drew me back though, so I just returned on a weekday morning and it was fine.

My dress came in a month earlier than I expected and they held the dress for me until I could pick it up. They had steamed the dress for me and it was in great condition.

I knocked off a star because I reserve the 5-star ratings for the vendors that are truly exceptional or have it all, including excellent customer service. There are times when Blossom's doesn't seem to have the capacity to adequately handle the number of people that need to be helped at one time. Sometimes their inability to provide basic customer service is just irritating. Perhaps also as a result of the mad rush, I was given some bad advice as to what size I should order. My dress came in way too big and I will need to spend hundreds of dollars to remedy that particular situation. They took my measurements and everything so I am not exactly sure what happened. I would definitely advise others to take some more initiative on sizing.

Anyway, this is a decent place and I would recommend it.

We ordered invitations (including RSVP and information cards) and thank you cards from Vista Print. I painted all of our stationery and so color and accuracy were both extremely important to me. My fiancé did a lot of the heavy lifting since he is talented with Photoshop but in general, Vista Print produced quality work for us (when they got it right) at a reasonable price, and it was one of the only companies to have the linen finish we wanted on our stationery.

However, Vista Print made some basic and unforgivable mistakes. First, they screwed up our invitations not once, but twice. The first time, there were black ink splotches on the sides of the invitations. Unacceptable, but they gave us a prompt refund so we tried again. The second batch did not have the black ink splotches, but they turned out a completely different shade of white! Also unacceptable since (a) we used the exact same picture to order the second batch of invitations and (b) we had already ordered response cards and information cards to accompany our first batch of invitations, and so we ended up with "white" response cards and information cards and a "gray" invitation.

Finally, Vista Print screwed up our thank you cards. Our thank you cards should have been white throughout the card (again, this was not our error), but Vista Print printed the cover of the card in cream, and ONE of the inside pages in the thank you card cream. It was hideous. The cover and one of the inside pages was cream, and the back and the second inside page was white. Again, we put in for a refund, and we were able to get new thank you cards. Again, we submitted the exact same picture, and somehow the second batch of thank you cards magically turned out 100% white, not half cream. A side note on the thank you cards... I did not like that you could not personalize the entire card, so we had the stupid Vista Print logo on the back of the thank you card. Not classy.

At the end of the day, Vista Print always issued a refund when it was their error, and I had the time to deal with them, so I gave them three stars for a hit-or-miss product, reasonable prices, and good customer service.
