It was a pleasure working with Jessica at Jessica's Cakes. Her creation was not only beautiful but delicious. My mom was focused on finding a beautiful cake, but I was really concerned about flavor. We went to a bridal fair in Minneapolis and tasted all kinds of cake. Jessica's buttercream was to die for. I tried a couple other bakeries and really couldn't get Jessica's buttercream out of my mind. We set up an appointment for a tasting. Jessica set up an extensive spread of her options and showed us her portfolio. We realized this was to be our cake maker! On the day of our wedding Jessica was prompt and efficient. The cake was perfect and all the guests thought it was delicious. In my bride excitement during the party I only managed to get two bites and have been eyeing the top tier that is just sitting in my freezer ever since. I'm trying to convince my husband that eating it at the 6 month mark is OK.
