I have now had two hair trials with Adrienne and they both turned out great. She is very talented and works very fast. The styles are elegant and beautiful. It is important to have a really good idea in your mind of what you want and pictures do help her determine what style to go with. She is doing most of my bridesmaids hair, as well as mine on the day of, and is coming to out hotel room, which is a relief so we do not have to travel everywhere on the day of the wedding. She is willing to work with schedules.

Trishia is very talented and very passionate about what she does. I had her apply lash extensions 4 weeks before my wedding day, and they really are great...but I'm a blonde so it took some serious getting used to. I had my first makeup trial with her for my bridal portraits and while at first I felt like a doll...when I saw the results in the pictures I was blown away! She really knows what works best for the camera and also told me to keep in mind that bridal portrait makeup is usually heavier than day-of makeup just so that you get the effect in pictures. I'm not 100% sure about where she stands as far as price goes...in my own opinion, I think its a little high...but I truly believe that she is worth it and you won't regret anything after seeing yourself in photographs. She is doing on location makeup for me and most of my bridemaids on the day of, and that to me is a big relief that we don't have to travel all over town the day of the wedding.

I ordered invitations for my bridal party luncheon from Leslie and they turned out beautifully. I ordered them right before the New Year, on December 29th, and I received them on January 4th! Talk about fast! They sent me an email approval of the work before they printed so that I knew exactly what the invite would look like. I emailed with them any questions I had and promptly received a response, almost immediately. Their customer service alone would make me order from them again! Their prices are incredibly reasonable and the invitation is of the highest quality and very professional. I really have no complaints whatsoever regarding this vendor's product or service.

Carmen was the second florist that I met with. I decided not to use her for my February 2010 wedding, but it was not because of her pricing. She is incredibly reasonably priced for the number of flowers that she uses. She had wonderful ideas and you can tell that she takes great pride in her work. She works out of her home so her prices really reflect that. If I had not met with another florist after her, she would have been my choice for florists. One thing that turned me away is that someone was going to have to drop the vases back by her house after the wedding (not the day of but the next week or so). Our venue is nowhere near her house so that was going to be a drive for whomever did that. It was not a huge deal but it was one of the deciding factors for me. She will definitely listen to all of your ideas, and I have no doubt that her weddings are absolutely breathtaking.

After meeting with several florists in Houston, I decided to go with Stephanie for my wedding day flowers. She has great ideas and is very reasonably priced. She will be doing my flowers for my February 2010 wedding, so I will write a more detailed review when it is all over. She is doing my entire wedding ceremony and reception flowers and came out under $2500, which is great for this area. There are so many choices for florists in Houston, but I feel that Stephanie puts 100% of her time and effort into each bride that comes to her. She works out of her home so her prices reflect that as well.

Rob was the very first florist that I met with and had very good ideas for my wedding day flowers. I was unsure of my budget at that point, but after meeting with him and receiving his quote, I decided that I wanted to spend a little less on flowers. He did listen to most of my opinions but also had some ideas of his own that just didn't seem to fit with what I wanted or what fit within my budget. I did notice that there weren't as many flowers in his quote as there were on some of the other florists quotes that I received. I had no doubt, though, that his weddings are absolutely exquisite and breathtaking. I would say he is on the higher end for florists in Houston but he is well worth it if you have the budget.

I was completely happy with the end result, plus I received my invitations exactly 7 days from the date that I ordered them, and I didn't even pay for rush shipping. I also ordered thank you cards and envelope seals from them that turned out great too. I would definitely recommend to any bride who is on a budget and expects great quality invitations.

My wedding date is 2/6/10 and I cannot be any happier with choosing Tuscany Villa for my reception. (NOTE: This is NOT the same place as The Tuscan Villa of Garden Oaks or Bella Terrazza! This is NOT owned or affialiated in any way with those owners!) We looked at several venues in the NW Houston area and while at first I thought this was one of the more expensive venues, I found out very quickly that for what they provide compared ot other venues, they really can't be beat. I have noticed that the best way to get a hold of the two brothers who operate the Villa is via email. Duke has been incredibly helpful with my planning and seems very willing to accomodate. The biggest plus for me was knowing exactly what is provided with each of the wedding packages that they offer and knowing the full and final cost, no hidden gratuities or service fees. My best advice is to just go and tour the facility and speak with the owners; they are honest and up front with everything that they offer.

This company will send you free samples of any invitation that you want (5 at a time) and their customer service is very friendly and helpful. I received my entire order wihtin a week and a half of placing the order. I would definitely recommend this vendor to any future bride demands high quality, affordable invitations.
