Unique Bridal has a good selection of dresses, but if you're smaller than an 8 or 6, don't expect to find a wedding dress in your size to try on. Most of them are larger, and it's harder to envision that perfect gown if you're swimming in it. Also, it is a little crowded in Unique Bridal in Auburn, but at least they have a lot of good sales. A good place to look at least...

Double Tree is a beautiful place right on the river to have your reception, but they are quite costly. We would have chosen Double Tree if their catering wasn't so expensive because their facility was so nice and they offer packages for staying right in the hotel after your reception which is nice, but still not worth the cost. A great place if you have the money for it!

This florist has a very nice selection of arrangements, but is a little over priced. I would recommend looking elsewhere first if possible.

I viewed Bay Valley before choosing my hall and I found that it wasn't as nice as what it looked online and that they are way over priced for what they offer. More than 35 dollars a plate after alcohol was ridiculous for not having much of anything included. I was highly disappointed.

My fiance purchased my ring at Zales and the sales associates were spectacular. They were very helpful in fitting my ring and finished sizing it 5 days before the expected date. We're definitely going back for our wedding bands!

Rusch has the best DJ's in Mid-Michigan. They are very charismatic, keep the wedding flowing, and have fun, but not too much fun while they work. Great music selection and great personnel.

The Knot.com is an excellent place to start getting ideas together for your wedding. The pictures they offer give great visuals and they reference many businesses in the area as well. Free magazines & more are always helpful too & theknot.com is the place to start. Highly recommended.

This bridal show helped me a ton! I was so surprised at all the vendors that were at the show, and the fashion show was very cute and helpful. All vendors were very helpful and they give away many prizes. It was a very nice show and I definitely recommend going if you're having a mid-Michigan wedding.

Wonderful place to have a reception. Prices are wonderful for the facilities they offer and the view is spectacular! Definitely recommended.

David's Bridal was a great place to start my dress shopping, but I felt like many of their dresses weren't unique enough. The sales associate was very nice and helpful, but I did feel a little pressure from the associate which made me just a little uncomfortable, but not enough to not go back. I will definitely get my bridesmaid dresses there, but did not purchase my gown there. Good starting point.
