Very easy to work with. They had a nice variety of tuxes and accomodated a large party. They were reasonably priced as well.

I was not pleased with HOB. I ordered my bridesmaid dresses and I knew what their return/exchange policy was.

About a week later, I had changed my mind on the color and I figured I could try to call to see if I could change it...thinking the worst they could say was "no, it's our policy". I emailed and surprisingly, they said they would allow it. I was so relieved and excited that they would do this, so immediately, I started changing things in my wedding to match Brown instead of Champagne, the new color. I would email HOB to confirm in the meantime but I wasn't getting a response right away. About a month later, they finally emailed me and said that my order has been confirmed and the color will be changed to Sable (BROWN) for all 7 dresses. Ahhhh, I was relieved. About 3 months away from my wedding, I finally received the dresses but to my surprise they were all in Champagne. I called them frantically and to make a long story short, after many calls, and arguments, not mention tears, they said, one of our reps, made a typo and typed in Sable instead of Champagne. They would only give me $30 credit per dress plus a free garter. I asked if I could just return all the dresses, since they completely misled me, but they wouldn't budge. I had to deal with champagne dresses even though they told me it would be changed. Luckily, the colors I changed to were relatively inthe same family, it didn't matter too much. But the headache was too much to handle.

I would've understood if they initially said, "no it's our policy to not make changes". I would've understood and would not have made my color change to everything in my wedding. But the fact that I was misled really got me upset. It was very unprofessional and don't recommend ordering dresses here.

Joanna was very easy to work with. She's very professional and has an eye for detail. I found my dress here and she was not pushy at all. She allowed me to take my time and try on as many dresses I wanted to without feeling pressured. When I started my fittings, she gave me a good timeline and was very prompt with her appointments. I was pleased with my end result. When I needed jewelry, again, she was not pushy.l I told her what I was looking for and she gave me recommendations that fit exactly to what I described. She even allowed me to do payment plan for everything to accomodate my budget.

She was great and a pleasure to work with.

Maralyn and Have Your Cake is wonderful to work with. Her cakes are DELICIOUS! My husband has a huge sweet tooth and she definitely pleased his palette! I'm not that into cake, but I loved what Maralyn did, it wasn't too sweet at all. It was just right. Very moist, flavorful and the design was amazing. I sent her a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly that. She gave me some constructive advice and made a few changes, and it worked out beautifully. She was very reasonably priced and kept within my budget.

Sherrie is amazing. She did an awesome job. I didn't do a trial because I didn't have the budget for it. But I did have pictures and she did exactly what I wanted. She even came a little earlier on the day of just in case so she would have enough time to do what she wanted. She listed to everything i said and even gave me good advice and direction (since I wanted flowers in my hair).
She is very professional and well worth the money.

Molly and her team are awesome! I was more than impressed. Throughout the whole planning processing, Molly was very accomodating, helpful, resourceful, experienced, and understanding. She always had an answer to a dilemma I had and was always available when I needed her. She really made the process easy and stress free for me.

When I dropped off everything before the wedding, she took notes, and stayed very organized and really kept with my vision. I was worried that lack of a Day OF Coordinator would really stress me out, but she assured me that she would do the exact job I was looking for and she was right. I had a Day of Coordinator and location all packaged in one. I even told her I would have my cousin come in to be my "DOC" to help her, but she insisted it wasn't necessary and she was right!!

On the day of, I was floored, everything was to my expectations...I almost cried!!!! HEr staff was wonderful and I never had a moments worry about anything. They were always there to help and make it the best night of our lives. I would definitely recommend PAC club to any bride looking for a stress free exerience.

I initially was only looking for someone to do raw footage for my wedding. Andrew, the owner, agreed and we signed a contract. He was very good at returning phone calls and emails.
Beginning of September (that's 1 month away from my wedding), he EMAILED me an apology letter saying he was unable to film my wedding because of a family emergency. I never received a phone call or a personal touch to this huge disappointment not to mention all the stress he caused me. He was good about refunding me my money asap.

Still, a disappointment. Very unprofessional.

Price was what we were looking for, but this wasn't enough. I only asked for raw footage, which they agreed to. Downside = there was NO SOUND at all throughout the whole day. Even after the ceremony, my husband went to get them the microphone they pinned on him, and they said, grinning "Actually, it was on mute, I forgot to switch it on".
I should've spent more time with finding a replacement vendor for my initial vendor that cancelled on me. Review to follow on my initial videographer that cancelled on me.

Total waste of money.

Crispy at Natalini Flowers is amazing. I was very flexible with flowers and this helped a lot. I went in with only a color scheme and a budget and she achieved both to my satisfaction with little to no direction from me. She is very creative and has an intense vision! The only downside is it is hard to get a hold of her and her team. I got vmail and no return emails a lot. In the end though, I was very satisfied and would choose her again! Her end result was worth every penny.

Ricky was great! He was very professional, creative and artisitc. He was very fair in his pricing as well. He returned phone calls and emails in a timely manner and told me exactly what I would need to give him (ei. timeline, list of photos, etc) to make things run smoothly and quickly. He also offered advice or recommendations if he didn't things would work, but he still left the decision up to me.

At the church ceremony, he took very good pictures, even though he was very limited. The church has strict rules with photographers and he was only allowed to stay stationary so the service would not be interrupted. he still did a great job and captured all the moments. At the reception, he was never 'in the way'. Again, he still managed to get the most touching and dramatic pictures and was around at every key event of the night.
