Our wedding was planned in less than 3 months- and we were hurriedly looking for a videographer to capture our big day. We luckily stumbled upon Ryan of IstariMedia who took the time out to meticulously reply back to our emails in a timely and efficient manner. We were also fortunate enough to correspond not only via email but also over text and phone. Although the time was ticking upon us for the arrival of our wedding- we didn't feel any concern or anxiety with our videographer- he displayed his professionalism and punctuality throughout our correspondence with him. When we requested a sample of his DVD and our schedules conflicted he offered to just express mail the sample and called us for confirmation of delivery.

His website is very straightforward- questions that were brought up through the general survey is pretty standard- providing that you know how long you want footage to be covered, how important music is throughout your DVD, and all the important details that needed to be addressed such as microphone usage, start/end time, etc. The day before the wedding; he arrived at our rehearsal to go over some basics- he pretty much wanted to ensure that he had coverage from every angle at the Church- and whether or not his microphone would be able to function at the venue. All these details were important to Randy *now husband and I because we wanted to make sure that every word was captured in the DVD- (the DVD is going to be sent to his mother overseas)Simply put- his standard operating procedures were on point and he seemed just as excited and happy as we were. On the day of the wedding- he arrived earlier than expected and checked in with our wedding planner- and everywhere we were, he was there with his camera and gear. He never missed a single precious moment and although our wedding ceremony and reception lasted until the wee hours of the night- he still remained calm, professional, and humorous.

Not only was he able to go above and beyond his service role- he exceeded expectations when there were several songs that weren't available in his library and he went out of his way to search for them and add them to our DVD. His exceptional service and go-get attitude shone through every step of the way!
