Please note our pricing was based on early 2009 when we booked. I read their current information and noticed the price per person for what I had went up to 90 and some things were no longer included such as your names on the marquee and free concert ticket save the dates. I still think it's a great venue and a pretty good value for the location and what you get. We were quite pleased with our decision to host our ceremony and reception at the Cleveland HOB Cambridge Room. Please read the following while being aware the prices may have changed since.
We hosted our ceremony - cocktail hour - reception at the HOB Cambridge Room. The venue and staff were all wonderful to work with and did everything just right. I can't think of any complaints.
For the price we paid of 80 per guest we were given:
The venue
Staff, Bartenders, and Day of Coordinator
Buffet Dinner service including:
breads
2 Salads
3 Main dishes
2 Side dishes
2 Desserts (chocolate covered strawberries/ petit fours)
coffee / tea service with regular beverages
4 hours open bar
Cocktail hour in the lobby
1 of the four hours open bar set up at a faux bar in the lobby
6 Hors d'oeuvre's - 2 stationary 4 passed
you have staff setting up and taking down the decor/tables/settings
they give you linens (black, white, a wine color)
napkins (black or white)
glassware / silverware/ china
votive candles
We had a room upstairs in the Foundation Room for the bride to get ready before the ceremony and the wedding party and close family to relax during the cocktail hour if needed.
Communication was great even when the original person we dealt with moved and left the company. We noticed no change in communication or service.
The food testing was great. I had my parents, my husband (then fiance), my maid of honor and one of my bridesmaids there testing the food. We got to choose so much and the portions were huge. (it didn't go to waste). The food was so delicious.
They do not charge a cake cutting fee which is nice as some venues tend to do that (and that could add up to the cost of the cake!)
They offer microphones, 4 or so TV's throughout the room where a memory DVD can be played or slide shows. They work with you for your lighting colors and this is all included.
Our ceremony cost us $150 (not sure if price has changed) to host it.
Our ceremony began at 5, cocktail 5:30-6:30, reception 6:30-10:30/11.
Another awesome deal was that since this is a music venue they had their own speaker set up which got us a discount with our DJ since she didn't have to bring a lot of her own equipment.
There was a high school prom going on in the larger venue the same night as our wedding. I was worried at first but I honestly had no idea they were there the entire night.
Over-all this was a great venue for what we were looking for. We wanted a downtown location that wasn't ridiculously priced (like most places downtown) and the venue was a little sentimental to us as we were engaged after visiting one night (plus we were constantly visiting the HOB before that).
I know when I first told my mom how much the cost was per person she freaked out, but once we visited and she understood everything they gave you for that price she realized it was a great deal.
For a downtown venue it's very affordable and a fun unique location. I can't even count how many people told me that my wedding was "the greatest wedding we've ever been to". I'm sure some of it had to do with the awesome venue!

This airport is roughly an hour away from Downtown Cleveland Ohio and is generally used as an alternate airport when searching for cheap flight prices.
I purchased my silk real touch flowers from them at a great discount (the store was moving locations and had a big sale.) Great pricing even without the sale.
I am making my own bouquets.
