Brooke was our "day-of coordinator" but was helpful from the day we booked her. She is a dream to work with (very calming but also enthusiastic/energetic). Even though I know she works with other brides, I always felt like I was her only client.
Responsive: Since my job has trained me to generally expect responses to emails within a day, Brooke was perfect because she is very responsive (she often replied to emails within minutes). Also, if she's going to be out of the office, she's very
good about giving advance notice to her clients which is much appreciated.
Professional: Brooke is very organized and is proactive in checking in on wedding progress. She is also a great source of advice (e.g. I often asked for vendor recommendations and thoughts on wedding planning in general like what lighting might go well for my venue). She has a great questionnaire that you fill out and from that she creates a very easy to use timeline that she gives you and all the vendors so that everyone is on the same page. She walked me through the timeline during one of visits to the venue and was not only good about keeping things on track the day of but also flexible about tweaking things on the spot depending on how the reception was going. She also did a great job preparing and running our rehearsal and family/friends found her very friendly. She is detail oriented and thinks of things that I didn't think of (for example, she suggested that the groomsmen place their hands in a consistent manner during the ceremony - either clasped in front or the back - which was great for pictures!).
Great Value: Her fees are very reasonable given how responsive and professional she is. When I first started planning my wedding, I thought that I was organized enough to handle everything, but I now fully appreciate that Brooke was worth every penny. She made everything run smoothly the day of because she coordinated directly with all the vendors ahead of time, worked closely with the venue and was very organized with her detailed timeline so I knew I was in good hands. I was able to fully enjoy the wedding without worrying about anything because Brooke got everything set up and always magically knew where to find me and when to check up on me. Even if you
consider yourself an organized person, I highly recommend working with Brooke because you will be very busy leading up to the wedding (things always pop up) and even busier the day of. The special day passes quickly so you'll want to spend time with family and friends instead of making sure things go smoothly with the vendors and venue.

Rhonda and Ed make a great team! We mostly worked with Rhonda as she was our officiant, but Ed handled are license. Both of them were friendly, professional and responsive from the very beginning and leading up to our big day. Rhonda was very informative during our first phone call about both the license process and ideas for the procession/ceremony content. After we met both of them in person, we knew we had to ask them to officiate because they were very organized and they gave us great ideas for our ceremony but weren't pushy because what they cared about was making the ceremony special for us. Rhonda was very flexible in personalizing the ceremony based on our preferences and was good about following up especially as it got closer to the wedding date. Also, I was a bit nervous about certain aspects of the wedding, but I always felt calmer after talking to Rhonda since she has a wealth of experience with brides and weddings.
