When we met with Julie, we were immediately impressed by her professionalism, easy personality, and skillful work. We met with other photographers, of course – gotta do the due diligence, right? – but we really should have stopped with Julie. She was the perfect match for us in terms of photographic vision and execution, price, and service. When the worried groom had an, ahem, abundance of questions about how she would handle low-light situations, Julie fielded them all quickly, thoroughly, and patiently. When we met with her at our wedding site several weeks before the big gig, Julie’s enthusiasm for our wedding was perfectly balanced with helpful guidance based on her considerable experience. During the wedding and reception, she was invisible and yet captured everything, and did such a fantastic job of gently managing our family and friends for posed shots. Her candid photos are stellar, too, and they truly captured the joy, love, and celebration of that day.
