The sons are Steve and Joe and the dad is Stanley. I know their quality and reputation because my family used to be in the business. I know going to the diamond district can be a daunting challenge, but you can trust them. You can call them ahead of time and tell them your general price range or what size stones you want and they'll have a selection of diamonds for you to look at when you arrive. You can just show up too but if they know you're coming, they'll get stones for you to give you more of a choice. They're really well respected in the business and Steve will give you a lecture on diamonds and what to look for if you need to learn about them.

I should have bought stock in the company because I spent so much time and money in the store for all my DIY projects. Great on returns too- I kept changing my mind on paper and bringing stuff back to exchange it. They were wonderful

They arrived quickly and were good quality. I checked different websites and they were the lowest price. The printing of your names/wedding date on the inside is free.

He is not cheap, but his cakes are works of art. I knew basically what I wanted, but the owner had so many suggestions that were fantastic. He does a lot of cakes for Broadway show openings and is so creative. He doesn’t have a website but has tons of pictures to look at in his store. He delivered the cake on time and in great shape. Don't freak out that everything is done on a handshake and you send the check in after the wedding. His business practice may be very laid back but he was very professional and responsible.

I didn't like my veil so 3 days before my wedding I walked around the garment district until I saw Maria's shop (her name isn’t Rose- go figure!). I told her what I wanted and she had it ready for me the next day and it was perfect!! People thought I paid a lot of money for it but it was so inexpensive.

Husband-wife team John and Maria are the dance teachers. My husband constantly stepped on my toes (sorry honey) before we went to lessons. Now he cruises around the dance floor. They gave him confidence as well as knowledge of dance steps. They created a monster- he wants to keep going for more lessons even though the wedding is over!

Amazing, amazing, amazing! Worth every penny. She arrived early, dealt with my very difficult relatives and was so calming throughout the day. Maureen and Claudia are famous in the NYC area and they do not disappoint.

The dance floor was packed all night which says far more than any words I could write. They learned a bunch of songs I wanted played which was really nice too. They also played our first dance song as the last song of the night. I would have never thought to do that but it was so sentimental and a great way to end the evening.

Another amazing vendor. I love photography so I spent a lot of time choosing my photographer. They were professional, got the proofs to me quickly and the album is terrific. I love that they give you the negatives with your album and you have the rights to them. No extra fee- it's part of the package. Wendy and Santi were wonderful to us during the wedding. Someone actually knocked Wendy down to the ground as she took photos (they were dancing and accidentally hit her in the eye area). She was knocked pretty hard but got back up and continued shooting- she was a real trouper. I hired Santi as a second photographer instead of having video. He stayed late on his own time so he could finish taking the table pictures.
