I was married two weeks ago at Solage in Calistoga and used Richard as our photographer. He did an amazing job and was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. I live in NYC and did everything over the phone. Richard was always reachable and really listened to what was important to me. I did not want to see my husband before the wedding and he understood and was able to work around this and shoot photos of just the bridesmaids and groomsmen before the ceremony. It was also important to me that we take some shots in a vineyard (which is not on Solage's property) and after the ceremony he happily took my husband and me in his car to do these shots at a neighboring winery. Richard has a lovely demeanor, is energetic, professional and has a great eye. It is also clear that he's been shooting weddings in and around Napa Valley for many years and knows exactly what he is doing. So many of my guests also thought Richard was fabulous and came up to me after the wedding (and are still asking me) where I found him. We also worked with one of Richard's videographer's, Jared, who was terrific and an additional photographer from his company for the rehearsal reception. Richard sent me the digital photos right away and posted them on a website that is very easy to use and send around to my family and friends.
