The staff was friendly and easy to work with. They have a caterer list that you need to pick from, but there were a huge variety of price points to work with. There are white padded chairs for the ceremony and several indoor and outdoor options for ceremony placement. The layout of the mansion and porches worked well for our cocktail-style reception. On the day of our wedding the weather was "iffy" and they were wonderful about waiting until the last minute to make the indoor/outdoor decision. It really paid off because the storm passed and wee were able to go outside!

Terry was wonderful. She always promptly responded to any question or concern I had throughout the planning process. The night of the wedding, the service was amazing - everything seemed to magically appear and disappear! Everyone was very professional and friendly. Our venue had a choice of several caterers, and Dean & Brown offered the same quality food for a much more reasonable price. They helped us create a menu of appetizers and desserts that filled everyone up as much as a whole meal. We wouldn't do anything differently!

Cherie's fantastic! She's a true photojournalist, not just someone who tacks the title on. Her prices are reasonable and her pictures are wonderful. She truly captured our day.

Lynn was wonderful! After seeing a picture of my dress, she was able to suggest many different things. I described a few likes and dislikes of other flowers I had seen and Lynn created the exact flowers in my head. Our bouquets were beautiful. When the first choice flower came in and was a different color than expected, Lynn had a plan B ready to go and wound up saving me some money. I appreciated all the choices she gave me! Everything was fantastic and the prices were reasonable in comparison to others. I'm so glad we're not going on our honeymoon right away because I can enjoy the flowers at home all week!

WOW! I have never been at a wedding where the entire cake was eaten by choice. My new husband says, "You should just write 'best wedding cake ever.'" It was beautiful and delicious. The price couldn't be beat! Margie showed me so many pictures of cakes and was inspired by my dress to create a beautiful edible design. She created bride and groom chocolate covered strawberries for the top which were adorable! She delivered our cake all the way to Bel Air, Maryland for a completely reasonable delivery fee. We wish our 1st anniversary was tomorrow so we could eat the rest!

I loved their designs with color, so I chose to drive to the Lancaster store rather than visit a local store with their dresses. Everyone was very helpful and remembered my name when I came to pick everything up months later. They helped with swatches and ideas and were very friendly!

Tom himself did our wedding. He came highly recommended by our venue for his ability to work with the unique mansion layout. Tom did not disappoint! He was the perfect blend of talkative and quiet, depending on the moment. When my friends requested a song he wasn't sure we would like, he checked to make sure we didn't mind. He pronounced everyone's names right, which in my family is not easy! I liked the online database to select songs because we could work on it whenever we had time. Tom also recommended our minister to us, which was a wonderful decision because he was great too! The price couldn't be beat.

We had the Bentley pick us up from our reception and bring us to the hotel. It was as beautiful in person as it was online. The dads in the crowd especially loved it. Our driver was friendly and on time!

Megan and Jamie are wonderful! They took three different looking people and made us all beautiful. The trial was nice because I got to talk to them about my ideas and they offered lots of suggestions. I just saw a few pictures from my friends and I can't believe that's really me. One of the guests said that when she saw me for the first time, she wanted to stand up and clap. Since I don't often hear that, I'd have to give the credit to Megan and Jamie. Thank you ladies!!!!

Hiring Heidi was the best decision we ever made! It was so fantastic to be guests at our own wedding and not have to worry about anything! She set up, she cleaned up, and made sure we had food and drink at every moment! My friends were able to enjoy themselves because Heidi did everything. She coordinated the flow all evening and was busy every time I saw her. I saved money on centerpieces because Heidi lent us bowls to float the flowers in. This was money very well spent.
