We stayed in a junior suite on the club level on our wedding night, and it was absolutely breathtaking. We had a bottle of champagne waiting on us and a gorgeous view of downtown New Orleans. While this hotel is on the pricey side it is definitely worth the splurge. The club level offers free cocktails and heavy hordouvers every evening from 5-8pm and offers a beautiful view of both the MS River and downtown New Orleans.

We bought the mother of the brides dress from here, and I have to say their selection of MOB dresses is unmatched in Louisiana. My mother looked fabulous in many dresses that she tried on, and was able to pick a favorite rather than settling for one that was just ok as many mob's do. The only drawback to this store is they don't do inhouse alterations, so you'll have to take your dress elsewhere. I would also recommend never going on a Saturday because this store is packed and it is in a small space.

Gabrielle's is definitely a unique bridal store in Baton Rouge, La. She carries the most beautiful dresses in the whole state as far as I'm concerned. The staff is friendly and courteous, and to top it all off she gives a 15% discount on bridesmaids dresses if you have 5 or more bridesmaids buy from the store. I rated them a 4 out of 5 because we did have a few glitches in our overall experience. However, if a bride is persistant in following up to verify appointments, etc. then this store is totally worth that little bit of effort.

We used MW Tux for our groomsmen, and father of the bride/groom attire. Picking out the tuxes was very easy, and it was wonderful that since they were a national store that the guys (who all live in different cities) were able to get fitted a store closest to them. Since we had such a large bridal party: 8 groomsmen and 2 dad's not only did we get the groom's tux for free but the best man's was free too! What a great deal!

I would definitely recommend B2 bridesmaid's dresses for any wedding party. I had 8 bridesmaids and they all had very different body shapes and sizes. I chose a floor length chiffon dress and it worked wonderfully for all of them. Most of them had very few alterations, and the dresses were extremely reasonably priced.

We tried to book our honeymoon through a travel agent, but ended up booking through orbitz.com because we were able to save over $1000 by doing so. I would definitely recommend checking out this sight before you book anything.

I used Carlson Craft for my wedding invitations, and thank you note stationary. I thought my invitations were exquisite! They had so many options for invitations, it was hard to pick a favorite, but I am very pleased with the one I chose.

We stayed at the Sandals Ocho Rios resort in Jamaica, and it was absolutely fantastic. The ocean was clear blue, there was never a shortage of things to do at the resort, and the staff was beyond accomadating. I would definitely recommend this resort to any honeymooners!

I would definitely recommend Paloma Blanca dresses for any brides wedding dress. Their dresses are timeless and not the cookie cutter wedding dresses that everyone seems to be buying now. They use the finest quality materials, and for the quality of dress they are not overpriced.

Wendy Wilson photographed my engagement, and bridal portraits, and our rehearsal dinner and wedding. I could not be more pleased with the finished product. Wendy was an absolute pleasure to work with, and her work more than speaks for itself. Her style is more photojournalistic, and she truly has a knack for capturing special hidden moments on film. It was amazing to everyone who has viewed the pictures how she was able to capture the very essence of who we are, and accurately illustrate the details and the overall feelings from all of our wedding events. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer!
