Okay. I've been waiting a long time to write this review because I wanted to wait until I was done dealing with the company before I said anything. Not that this review is necessary, considering the other ones all pretty much cover exactly what I want to say about them, but when you're not impressed you're not impressed. Anyway, our wedding was in July of 2010. When I initially went to meet with the owner, everything seemed great with her work. She pulled out all her best stuff and lines and made the company sound great(although she did say upfront that this isn't any of their first jobs). What she showed us at the meeting was a bunch of artistically edited pictures and overall professional looking work. Fast forward to after the wedding when it took her until April to send us the 50 "edited" 4x6 prints (tell me why I couldn't tell the difference between those and the original ones we got on discs except for the ones where the color was all blown out afterwards. Basically terrible editing. Nothing artistic, nothing black and white- nothing special at all) Anyway, after that I told her we were disappointed with the pictures we got and she said to choose 20 and she would re edit them herself. (Which she had originally told us she would be the person editing our 50 prints and obviously wasn't) Fast forward again through getting two of the same canvas instead of two different ones, ("The printing company's fault". please. I ordered it though you and you gave it to me. Check your orders!) having to contact her multiple times over six MORE months to get her to do anything, (with excuses every time. Remember we were already 8 months post wedding before this) FINALLY getting the second (wrong size) canvas and re edited pictures, (which consisted basically of a color version and black and white version of each picture we asked for) and we STILL never got discs with the edited pictures on them like we were promised. At this point, now 16 months after my wedding, I am so done dealing with this lady that I'm not even going to attempt getting the rest of my order or my canvas corrected. Please go with someone else. I didn't even mention that as nice as our photographers were, one was very obviously more experienced than the other and they stayed out of the way at the ceremony which made for no close ups of the ring exchanges or anything and the less experienced one was behind the gazebo the whole time taking pictures from between the bars. Ugh. This company should not even be in business.
