This was actually the same limo company that took my husband and I to prom back when we were dating in high school, so it was quite amazing to us when the limo driver showed up on our wedding day to tell us that he remembered us from ten years ago. They were very prompt, and the drivers very professional. We left our ceremony site late, but he managed to get us to our reception before everybody else because he knew shortcuts and he also kept an eye out for traffic constantly.

Mr. Bill from Flowers by Appointment was a very nice gentleman who was professional, courteous and ultra creative. We met three times before the wedding, and each time, he gave us ideas on perfecting our day. I asked for winter theme, and he came up with the idea of using dry ice to create a snow-like mist on the floor; I asked for tall tree branches, and he turned them into beautiful archways for the aisle. Not only that, he was very detailed oriented, and caught a lot of the things I missed, such as flower girl's basket, cake toppings, and etc. He was prompt and transported everything on time from the ceremony to the reception site. Whereas a lot of florists just drop off their stuff and leave, not caring if the flowers got set up right, Mr. Bill left one of his staff at my wedding to ensure that everything went well, and then the staff transported the flowers from the church to my recpetion site.

The food was excellent - a Chinese, Korean, Japanese combo. They do buffets & sit downs. For our wedding, they brought 12 courses, rice (which my guests couldn't live without), china, punch, fruits as well as servers and table linen. They set up everything and served. Not only that, they go above and beyond what they were asked to do. There was a particularly ugly section in our church

The service that this videographer provided was awesome. We asked them, at the last minute, if they could do live feeds for our wedding so that people in different levels of the yatch could see what everybody else was doing. They had to hook up plasma screens, use wireless cameras, and hook up sound, and they did it all! However, when it came to the quality of the video, I can only say I liked it but not loved it. There were cool effects, good music, yet some shots were shaky, and I did not quite like the fact that they put their ad at the end of montage videos. I felt like they were using my wedding as an opportunity to advertise. But of course, they were very nice and professional otherwise.

Dru is the best photographer I have ever seen. His photos don't just record the day, but rather, they capture moments during the wedding. He's truly an artist. From our meetings and coversation, I could see that he loves photography, and takes great joy in helping us record one of the most important days of our lives. Not only that, he's also very courteous, professional and thoughtful. He was able to finish group family pictures within 1/2 hour, where as I've seen other photographers take hours. Because of that, our wedding reception started on time, and not one had to wait in hunger. I would never recommend a different photographer to anyone.

I had my reception aboard Fantasea Yatch in Marina Del Ray, CA. They had the most wonderful, knowledgeable, and experienced staff, plus, the thought of having a wedding aboard a yatch was fun in and of itself. My guests were very entertained just by roaming around the four level yatch. As for service, it was excellent. We had an event coordinator for the day; she provided us a list of great vendors that they worked with - such as ice sculpture, flower vendor (which came in the package), live band. Anything we asked for, they helped us find it. My fiance had this crazy idea of serving Dippin' Dots ice cream aboard, and they actually contacted Dippin's Dots and had them come to our wedding. I also loved the fact that they were very flexible - we made our payments in installments; they allowed us to bring the wine of our choice (with a corkage fee, of course); and we got to set the hours of our reception site. Last of all, as a bride, I loved the resting room at the bottom of the yatch - it had two toilets, showers, a day bed, and large mirror. I was able to get a good rest before the reception. The decoration of the yatch was the only thing I wasn't 100% satisfied with. They had a black and white checkered dance floor, low ceilings, and peach colored walls, which I did not love. But still, the idea of being on a yatch was a novelty for my guests and they loved it nonetheless.
