I had a terrible experience with this vendor, and I didn't even get to see the final product.
I booked her in july 2011 for my wedding this fall. I didn't even think to converse with her too much before the wedding, but when I tried to change colors, I didn't hear back from her for 4 months.
I tried email, phone, website, to no avail. Her website was actually shut down and her email was not available. It was very unprofessional of her NOT to contact her clients and let them know.
I would've carried on using her as a vendor, but was a bit confused as to why she wasn't returning my phone calls. Finally, I noticed some poor reviews on this site, and tried to contact her about it. I wanted to cancel her services.
EVENTUALLY. after 5 months, she refunded my deposit. I commend her on this, because I didn't think she was professional enough to do this. However, it was painful trying to have an adult conversation with her. She didn't return phone calls, she didn't answer her phone, and when I just wanted to follow up with her she replied with a text "listen, i'll get the money to you...."
Would not recommend this service. Lots of stress over something that shouldn't be stressed over on your special day.
Thank you for the refund though Patti. Advice: return phone calls, follow up with your clients, give reassurement that you will actually show up to their wedding and maybe they won't try to cancel your service.
