They were great during the ordering process. I loved how they had everything online so we could check to see who needed to be fitted still. It's nice that they are all over the country so our out of town groomsmen could be fitted. When my husband went to pick up his tux, the pants were HUGE, the shirt was all messed up, and the jacket didn't fit. Good thing he tried everything on before he left! They fixed everything for the most part, but he told me the pants were still messed up the day of the wedding, he just didn't want to deal with them anymore. I can't tell in pictures, but I guess he can. I guess he is not the only person in our bridal party they screwed up either. He said the quality of the tux was very bad also. Very thin and not made well. The price was too high for the poor quality.

Maya was great to work with. I booked her based on reviews and had no doubt that the would do a wonderful job. Everything was set up when I arrived at the hall 4 hours before our reception! The chair covers really tied the whole room together! Some people complain about the payment process, but she instructed me to mail her a check so I never had to drive out to meet her. The service is great and the price can't be beat! I would definitely recommend her!

We stayed at the Sandals Whitehouse in Jamaica. We enjoyed the all inclusive aspect of the resort, but felt we were constantly searching for food. It was not right in front of you, the restaurants are open at different times, only a few open for lunch, so it was hard to find food if we were hungry. Room service took no less than an hour every time we ordered. We had dinner on the beach planned one night and when we got to our table, it was so windy nothing would stay on the table, the candles would not stay lit, and wine glasses were falling over. So we ate dinner in the dark. When we complained to the concierge, they said there was nothing they could do now and we should have said something earlier. If you see there is 30 mph winds blowing on the beach, wouldn't you switch the location of the dinner? The garden which is blocked by buildings maybe? We got turn down service 1 night out of 8 we were there, the other nights they just stuck the card under the door. We were told when we booked we would get a gift for being on our honeymoon. When we inquired about it at the resort they said they do not do that anymore. Shouldn't they still honor the promise they made to a guest who booked when it was the policy? Overall, we felt their hospitality wasn't up to par with the rest of the island. This area is not touristy at all so I'm sure they are just not used to the lifestyle yet. I'm sure other Sandals resorts on the island are far better than this one!

Rochester Mills did a great job with our rehearsal dinner! We booked the back room which is private and can fit about 40 people for a seated dinner. We choose 5 items off of their menu that our guests could pick from and we had beer and wine covered until 10pm, but no one really stayed after that anyway. We brought in our own desserts which they cut and served for us. We also had our own bar and bar tender for the evening. Overall it was a great time, very laid back and casual, just the way we wanted it!

Jared was good to work with. They are super annoying any time you go in there. I can't take my husband in there anyone because he gets really mad at them! They follow you around and try to tell you how great everything you're looking at would look on you, even when you're just waiting for your rings to get cleaned or something! Our rings look great and they will cover repairs for as long as I have the ring so I really can't complain! I just have to deal with the annoying-ness every 6 months when I need to get them checked!

The home bakery made a delicious and beautiful cake for our wedding! It was exactly what I dreamed of, was delivered on time, and was delicious! Tiffany is in charge of the wedding cake orders and she is great to work with! I can't wait to eat the top layer for our 1 year anniversary!

John did a great job! I booked him based on the great experience a friend of mine had at her wedding. I had no doubt he would do an awesome job with our video! I have not received the video back yet so I can't comment on that, but I completely forgot John was there. He was never in the way! From the work I've seen, I'm sure the video will turn out fabulous!

Amanda was awesome! She arrived at my house right on time and got right to work photographing all of the details and everyone getting ready. She helped out where ever she was needed! A few days later, I heard she even pinned on the guys flowers! She was everywhere and looking back on it, I don't ever remember noticing her! She got a ton of really great shots and never got in the way! We recently got the pictures back and they are amazing! There are so many great ones to choose from I may just have wedding pictures all over the house! She is so talented and overall a great person!

Tifany was great to work with! She came up with awesome ideas and the invitations really set the tone for the wedding. I got so many compliments on the invitations! She also did programs, signature drink signs, donation signs, and a seating chart. Everything came out perfect!

We did Christmas cards with magnets inside for save the dates. The online ordering process was very easy. Excellent prices! Everything came in on time and in good condition!
