i still dream about the meal crated by raja and the surprise evening my husband and he planned together. it was, hands down, the best meal of my life... the meal i would choose to eat the rest of my life if i had to select one. before i learned about the planned dinner i turned to my husband, as we walked along the beach, and told him that he never ceases to amaze me. just then, raja appears in front of us blowing a conch shell and leads us to our table.

the setting: a table for two set up on the beach with tiki lights close enough to create the perfect romantic after sunset ambiance, the ocean a few yards away where whales were spouting close to the horizon and people were rowing, sand under the table for our toes to play in... a perfect sunset and star gazing location!

the food: everything i love and quite apparent created with love. polynesian and asian infused sea food with fresh herbs grown from raja's garden and enough spices used to make me feel alive! raja's creme brulee was healthy, yes healthy, and a great way to top off the evening.

this dinner and evening are what dreams are made of. kudos raja!
