I love this place. Its such a cute and nice boutique with beautiful dresses. They don't have a million dresses like the big bridal salons, but what they do have is beautiful. I mean if you were to take all the nice dresses from the big places and put them in one store, you would have Bella Donna. I worked with Jennifer and she was amazing!! So sweet and not pushy. She listened to what I liked and guided me in the right direction. When I found my dress, she kept asking me if I was sure about it and was never pushy. I had dress regret about a month after I bought my dress and went in to try it on again. She was so understanding and patient and didn't think I was crazy (even though everyone else did...)

I also had my dress altered at Bella Donna by Nazi. I had her take in the dress a bit around my hips, hem and bustle the dress. She did a great job and my dress fit like a dream. Also, my bustle lasted all night even though 80% of guest stepped on it!! This place is great!!

Amber is AMAZING!! She did our E-pics, my B-pics and our wedding pics. I HATE taking pictures, but Amber was so patient with me and made me feel so comfortable. We LOVE all of our pictures!! Wedding pictures are so important because it is one of the few things that you have to remember from your day. Amber was able to capture every detail that I worked on, our guest enjoying the wedding and DH and I celebrating. We LOVE our pictures and LOVED working with Amber. Hire her ladies!! You will NOT be disappointed!!

Heather was so amazing to work with. DH and I are engineers by trade, so having order and organization was very important to us. Heather was so organized and thorough and felt so comfortable working with her.

I sent her pictures of what I wanted everything to look like and she came back 3 or 4 options for everything. This was great because it allowed us increase and decrease the budget and see where we were at with everything. She was so understanding when I would change anything with the design and always told me "no problem".

Day of wedding, traffic was terrible, and Heather and her staff were stuck in the mist of it all. She arrived a bit late, which stressed me out a little to be honest, but once she got there she busted her but to get everything ready to go. Since she was short on time, she wasn't able to do some little details that we talked about at the trial (ie she had mentioned that if she had time and extra flowers she would scatter loose flowers on the table). Not a biggie since everything else looked great. All in all, the flowers were beautiful and I just loved it all.

Having our wedding at the Palms was by far the best decision we could have made. The staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Not only is this venue BEAUTIFUL it has amazing food and the best staff!

We hired Mackenzie as our DOC and she was so great. Throughout the whole planning process she kept us organized and on schedule, gave us a ton of great ideas and let us know what would and would not work at the venue. In the midst of helping us out with our wedding, she was planning her own wedding that was happening about a month before mine!! Never once did she put us on the back burner and was always there to answer questions.

The day of the wedding Mackenzie truly came through. She contacted all our vendors and when one showed up late she handled it like a champ. There was some issues with the ring bearers right before the start of the ceremony, and at one point she held DH 6 month old nephew while she directed the BP. Nothing phased her! She kept us completely on schedule and ran the whole event perfectly.

I HIGHLY recommend this venue and any member of their staff. It doesn't get any better than this!!

I LOVE Candi!!! She was so nice and great to work with. I ordered a cathedral length veil with pencil edging. It arrived super fast and in perfect conditions.

Besides being such a sweet and caring person, her prices can not be beat! I looked at a similar veil at the bridal salon and it was 3 times the price. Candi's veil was WAY nicer and better quality. I highly recommend this seller!

We initially had no intentions of getting a videographer, but my mom INSISTED. So, reluctantly I started searching and researching them. I was referred to James by my venue, The Palm Event Center and boy am I glad I was!!! I watched his highlight videos and was in tears afterward!! They are just so beautiful. Mind you, I am not an emotional girl and don't cry easily. In fact I have never cried at a wedding, but watching his films, I did. They were that moving!! I forwarded his website to my mom and she immediately called me and said "BOOK HIM!!!!". James was kind enough to drive up and meet us in Sacramento, which was so great!!

The thing I was the least excited about, I am now so pumped for!!! I cant wait for our video and to work with James. He is such a nice guy and truly loves what he does. It shows in his work for sure!!!

UPDATE-So we had our wedding on June 25, 2010 and James was amazing. He showed up right on time and was ready to go. To my surprise, we uses just a normal looking camera to shoot his video. I was expecting some giant thing, but his equipment was super small and very un-obtrusive. I forgot he was around half the time. He was so sweet the whole day and made sure he coordinated with our DOC and DJ to catch all the events. He brought mikes for my DH, officiant and brother (who gave a speech at the ceremony) so he could capture everything. I CANT wait for the video and am positive it will be amazing!! Thanks James!!
