So far I have been very pleased with my experience with my DJ. I went to a preview at another person's wedding and they did a great job. I personally do not like doing previews, it makes me very uncomfortable, but I think the DJ is really what created the good mood atmosphere at a wedding so it was my top priority. I had worked as a caterer before and I could always tell when the DJ sucked, and when they were a home run. Mine is going to be a home run, these guys are so on the ball.

So far I have been getting a really good vibe from our photographer. He's really easy to talk to and the work that I've seen of his is excellent. We chose a package that fit our needs. We had a list of things we wanted and we were able to check everything off and more with his reasonable packages. He really put me at ease and I am excited to work with him in the future.

The men will be going for their first fitting at the beginning of the month. We have the tuxes picked out and I was really pleased with the selection. We were able to find a really nice tux style that wasn't run-of-the-mill. We even were able to get the prices knocked down when we ran into the reps at the Toda's Bridal Show!

I really liked going to the Bridal Show. We were able to get lots of information and ideas for the wedding. I even won a few drawings! I would recommend that every new bride goes to at least one bridal show. It is totally worth the ticket.

I really love that we're getting married in the church I went to all my life. My fiance is not Catholic, but my priest is very open and does not pressure him to convert or make any special requirements for us to get married. I like the old paint job better; how it was when I was a kid, but I am happy and excited.

I am expecting the honeymoon to be a blast! My fiance is planning the trip for us. We will be flying down to Florida and staying for a few days in Miami, then going on a cruise to the Bahamas for a few days,then coming back to Ft. Lauderdale for a few more days. I'm not sure of all the companies we are using, but we were able to get a package deal for the whole trip and we have a rental car included for our entire stay.

We are making our own invitations and save the date cards. So far the hardest part is addressing and sending. We have them all printed out. It took awhile but we just found some really nice invites at Michael's craft store.

I love the Roger's in Elyria because the people there really do whatever they can to help you. We have all our jewelery from there and will be picking up our wedding bands in the next week. My band and engagement ring together cost about $2600 plut the cost to have them saudered together. My fiance's ring will be about $300 and will be paid for by the Holiday Bucks we get for purchasing my ring around the holidays.

I have not finished my shopping yet, but the girls will be getting their dresses there for $150 a piece and I got my dress and veil for around $500
