I will be having my reception this June at the Palace and so far have been very excited and extremely happy with the planning experience. I booked with Jose who was great, and he let me know I would be working with Michelle for all planning. I have been engaged since October of 2008 and probably have been bothering Michelle with questions since January of 2009. Michelle has been exrtemely responsive, I work best through email and we will exchange tons of emails a day to make sure my questions are answered. She has been so helpful and beyond patient since I have a random questions about the big day all the time. From asking about parks in the area, other vendors, lighting etc, I always get an answer right away. Michelle scheduled the tasting far in advance to make sure I had the date I wanted. We are meeting four months before the wedding to just simply review everything and make sure I am comfortable with details booked so far. She truly has been beyond helpful! I hope to have a great reception as many of the reviewers had. I just wanted to share my experience so far as a bride currently still planning. Overall, the Palace (Michelle) has been awesome work with and has made planning the reception details an easy and exciting time.
