It was fine, nothing spectacular, and I found my dress off the rack there and it only needed hemming and bustling. A little pricier than I expected, and a little more high-pressure sales than I wanted, but it turned out fine.

We went with the cheapest package they had which means they pick the DJ and we only spoke to him once before the wedding - over the phone and about 3 days before the wedding! A little stressful for the controlling bride, but it worked out well. We felt comfortable that he understood our needs (not cheesy or pushy) over the phone and on the day of he was very good at communicating with us, making announcements to the crowd and sticking to our Must Play and Don't You Dare Play lists.

Doug did a really nice job. We met with him once and saw him play at Enotria one time before the wedding day. He did nice arrangements of the styles of music we wanted. He also suggested the perfect song (for us) for our recessional ;-).

I had two trials with Michelle. The first trial, although pretty, was not really me. So, I went back with more pictures of my hair on my best hair day and asked her to do another trial - we decided to call it the undone updo - basically my hair on my best hair day, but without me having to do it. It turned out great and my fiance was really happy with it too. My MOH and Mother also had their hair done on the day of by Shelly and were really happy with it after some fine-tuning.

We went with a really simple design from Shelton's and got so many compliments on the taste of the cake. It was yummy, pretty, and reasonably-priced. John Shelton had lots of little tips during our consultation and even made our cake topper a monogram diamond.

I simply can't say enough good things about Stefanie and her work! She was my favorite vendor from the first meeting - she totally understood what I was going for and I felt entirely comfortable that whatever she did I would love. The flowers were even more beautiful than I imagined they could be, she worked within our limited budget and she was not only reliable, but incredibly helpful on the day of the wedding. She truly went above and beyond on everything.

We had some problems with our original sales manager... if anyone wants the details, e-mail/toast me. With that being said and that being the cause of the "B" rating, everything else was good. The food was really good, the place is pretty and we got a lot of compliments from out-of-towners. We got excellent service and felt very taken care of by the staff that evening.
