Our reception of 350 people was amazing. I initially wanted our reception to be at the Hyatt Long Beach, but I am so glad we went with a local venue. It was convenient, easy, and felt like home at every moment throughout the process. Our reception is already the town and I'm sure it will be for years to come. The hall and everything came out impeccable. Our reception was a labor of love. I worked with Amanda throughout it all. I still remember my first email to her- it was months before our prospective wedding date, and my now husband was awaiting a visa to come to the US from the UK on a fiance via so we could be married. Amanda coveted my dates and kept me posted on any booking changes and helped me find vendors. Some I found on my own and have told her about now... The overall experience makes me realize how much I love big parties and how great it is to work with people like Amanda and the Sheraton Cerritos when planning a huge event. As as aside, the hotel was great too. We stayed there for a few nights, and the crew was great in getting us coffee for the room, extra supplies and such which every wedding suite tends to need extras of. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat.
