I'm helping a friend research for her wedding, and these ladies have a really great portfoilio! I love some of the detail shots and some of their portraits really capture intimate moments. Romantic!

Their portfolio looks great! I have a friend moving here and she definitely loves being near the water. They seem to have a lot of creative ideas to incorporate the beautiful seascape which is perfect for her!

I purchased some cheap sandals (for a spa day) from their website. They aren't the prettiest things, but they were $2. I ordered 9, paid for express shipping, and only received 5 in the mail. I needed them by the date they said express shipping would arrive, but only the 5 made it. When I called to cancel the other 4 that didn't show up, they said they were already being prepared to be shipped so I couldn't get a refund. RIDICULOUS. I did not pay for already crappy sandals to be late! What's worse is that I was on hold forever on customer service and never got a refund for the 4 sandals that didn't arrive on time that I paid for. I had no use for them since they came too late, and I never got a refund for the express shipping, which didn't even exist! UGH

This restaurant is in one of my favorite Berkeley neighborhoods. The cuisine is Latino/tapas, and definitely has the capacity for large parties.

In the east bay, it's difficult to find good food. This restaurant may not be the best for French-American food, but it's pretty darn good for the east bay. And it's definitely affordable.

Sushi House is one of my favorite restaurants in the Bay Area. It's really busy, but worth the wait. Definitely affordable for a rehearsal dinner.

Joann's is a good place for cheap fabrics. Pros would be cheap and accessible (they're a chain = everywhere). Con would be limited selection. Britex in SF is the place to go when you can't find what you want.

Michael's is always where I go to do anything crafty.

I love this place, but for a wedding? I'm going to have to say no. It's a great venue for concerts and other artsy/hipster events, but it's way too dive-y to have a wedding there, unless that's what you're going for.

I went to one of my high school proms here and I thought the place was really pretty. It has multiple levels so you can keep things interesting at your reception. It may not be an already elegant place, but with the right decorating, it can look amazing.
