I ordered these items NEW and not in their bargin area:
250 satin chair sashes, 11 round ivory tablecloths, 1 rectangular ivory tablecloth, 75 chair covers, 84 ivory napkins, 20 satin overlays.
The items arrived quickly and way in advance of the event. I counted to make sure everything was there, but left the items in the original boxes in the original plastic bags. We used one overlay to match other items for the wedding.
When we were at the venue setting up, we opened the packages to our horror the brand new napkins had lipstick stains on them, the satin overlays had a layer of dirt, and the rectangular tablecloth had this 3-4 inch orange stain on one side.
That evening after the event, I emailed Linentablecloth and told them of the problem. They wanted me to order new items to use at my event, even though I had told them that the event was over. We emailed back and forth for the next two weeks only to have them reply with emails that were canned and you could tell they were not listening to what the problem was.
Long story short, Linentablecloth has no customer support and I had to do without or use soiled items at the event. Not even sure why they sold me used items to being with!
If you do order from them, make sure to check out your items in advance of your event, just incase you have to reorder from them to get the number of usable items you need.
