Carol Dickson of Critic's CHoice was fabulous ! THe food was delicious and the service excellent, but most of all we appreciated her flexibility, initiative, imagination, and dedication to anticipating and meeting our needs and concerns. The stress and pressure of planning a large elaborate wedding was endurable largely because we knew that we could rely on her at every step of the way to take care of problems, including those problems that we hadnt even thought of. The peace of mind was precious to us. She also worked cooperatively and cheerfully with the other vendors. Highly recommended.
