DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ONLINE! Terrible customer service, was charged for product immediately but never received any indication from them that they were ever going to actually ship the item.

Fantasia was the first place that I went to try on gowns. The store is very nicely set up (not too over-whelming for the first time) and the sales people are attentive and nice. However, they cut the tags out of all of the dresses, and when I asked what the designer was of a particular dress, they flat out refused to tell me. I was lucky because the dress I fell in love with was on a poster in their dressing room with the designer's name, so I was able to figure it out. I wanted to price shop, so I wasn't ready to commit to buying from Fantasia, and when the sales lady realized I wasn't going to be buying that day, she tried to scare me with saying "oh, when you come back the dress may be discontinued because designers do that all the time" and "I've seen so many brides break down crying because their dress isn't here anymore."

Luckily I followed my gut instinct and still left without the dress. I went to another bridal shop in Delaware that carried the same designer and found my dress for more than $200 less!! Not only that, but the second shop told me that the designer of my dress never discontinues gowns because they have their own factory. In fact, if you look on the website for the designer, they're still showing gowns from 2003.

I strongly recommend NOT going to Fantasia. Their shady business practices and out right lying to me really turned me off to this vendor.

Also, if you look at their bridal gown contract, they charge you a lot of extra money if you pay for your dress by credit card. That's ridiculous in this day and age, but I guess they need to charge extra in a lot of places because I bet with the way they run their store, they're not making much money.
