A little too involved, wanted more privacy while we shopped.

Found a veil at their sale, saved a great deal of money, so a 'plus' for having such a sale. You really could find a great dress at their sale, there were soooo many!

Beautiful! Very helpful, with so much character and grace, and absolutely delicious food!

Do the Catholic Family Services course, even over the class offered at your local parish.

So far, so good!

Haven't seen them in action yet, so my review is based on how they managed the sale/how they're run. Very nice woman who was kind enough to talk me through the whole process, and listened to my concerns about the type of music that would be played.

Hoping for a continued good relationship with this company.

Very good for registry. Fit us in for the preliminary meeting at the last minute, and are always willing to help. One particular gentleman at the Bay Queen Street helped us try to decipher the crazy world of china patterns for about an hour (we still haven't made a choice, though...)

Getting my bridesmaid dresses custom made by The Sewing Studio.

GREAT place. Sewing classes and a collection of great designers, and great prices! Highly recommend to anyone wanting something very specific, but scared of the traditional custom seamstresses missing the mark. Grade A.

Very Nice place, very kind people. Lots of character and interesting spaces. Unfortunately wasn't exactly what I was looking for, but was a very close second.

Worst place to have a reception, hands down.

We had an appointment and arrived early.We weren't even allowed to look at the room while we waited, and were instead told to walk around the grounds, although we kept getting shoo'd out of different sections by various people.

Kept waiting past our agreed upon meeting time, which can obviously happen even in the best of places, but no apologies were made.

When we finally got to sit down with him, he proceeded to take phone calls while we sat there! The only apology we received for this type of behavior was a cheeky grin "We're very busy".

Finally, he took us to see the room (after asking really dumb questions like if the groom was wiccan and would be 'dancing on the table barefoot wearing a robe', or if there would be any dogs in the ceremony..). It was run down, and had not be updated in years. I begun to take pictures and he asked me to stop, saying I could use the photos to figure out the security system and break in!!

NEVER had I been treated so poorly by someone who should, by all rights, be selling something to ME.

Stay far away.

Rude, overbearing, nearly offensive!

Failed to respect or listen to what I was looking for. Asked for simple dress, kept getting puffy bowed messes. Bad service.

*could* have all been due to one bad employee, but approach with caution.

Found my dream dress, on the sales rack no less!

Very polite, not overbearing or intrusive. Gladly threw in spare beads for the dress, and gave suggestions for where to get the dress cleaned and altered.
