We used the one in Hungtington Beach and Brea. Both locations were great to work with. The one in HB had some far out measurements for the guys, but everything was fixed and pefect before the wedding.

Joe the owner was there to help out in any way he could. He created an menu just for our Rehearsal Dinner (which included a brand new recipe for our vegetarians). The food was delicious and the staff were so accommodating! We had the entire restaurant to ourselves, which was great!
Steven was great to work with. I mailed him my envelopes and he dropped them off at my house. He even stayed an hour at my house writing the addresses for people I forgot to include!

My rings are from the Robbins Bros in Fullerton. It's great knowing that they come from a reputable store. I have to take them in every 6 months for an inspection. I've never received bad service from any of their stores!

Greg Mohr knew that we were running late and he made up for that by speeding up the ceremony. He performed the exact ceremony we had discussed and did it beautifully! Such a nice guy to work with!!

Flowers and bouquet:
When I walked through the ballroom, I had tears in my eyes. The flowers were EXACTLY what I had asked for. The set up was beautiful! To be honest though, when I saw my bouquet, it’s not that I didn’t like it, but I was expecting something else so I was disappointed. HOWEVER, when I put my dress on and held the bouquet, I couldn’t have been more pleased!
Chair covers and centerpiece stands:
Chair covers and centerpiece stands were awesome. All exactly what I wanted!!
Invitations:
We ordered wedding invitations from Aquafuzion and they turned out beautifully. We had a problem with the pre-printed envelopes and Debbie took care of it right away!

First off, here is the blog she wrote - cut and pasted directly from her myspace profile(which apparently she has now cancelled, but if you'd like to see screen shots, I have them):
“This one was at the Hyatt in Huntington Beach and it was a beautiful day! It was extremely unorganized (due mainly to the bride) and quite stressful because of it. BUT!!! We brought it all together and we all had a great time. The other photographer was a lot of fun as was the videographer. I can't wait to see those as well. For right now, here are the pictures I received from my photographer.”
It was her that was getting paid to make sure everything WAS organized on the day-of. She was simply the day-of coordinator who had no voice in the planning process and she had no reason to be stressed since she didn’t do anything anyway!
(1) She claimed I was the disorganized one; however, it was due to her unorganization that the rehearsal and wedding day went horrible (she even said at the rehearsal that we can just wing it at the wedding!!). Nobody really knew what to do or where to go. Come wedding day while I was getting ready, I wrote her a check list of things that were in the bags for the ceremony and reception and that should be returned to the room upon the end of the evening. I had given her the items in 2 or 3 bags as well as all our favors. Obviously she didn’t follow it as we are missing our toasting flutes. My cousin specifically asked if the toasting flutes were up in our room and she said yes. Our cake server and knife set were left in the reception hall, thankfully picked up by my cousin as she went back to the reception hall to look for Jeneva.
(2) Before wedding day, the timeline was not complete and sent out to the vendors. I had to e-mail her on a daily basis asking her to send those out…and even then she didn’t do it! I got so frustrated that I e-mailed asking her to e-mail me the timeline so that I can e-mail to my vendors (as they were contacting me for it THE DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING) and even that simple task was not done.
(3) In our last meeting, I spelled out every little detail to her and watched her write things down (I’m very particular with note taking). She specifically asked for the Best Man’s phone number as well as the Maid of Honor’s phone number so as she can call them on wedding day and not bother myself or DH. The ONLY person she calls on wedding day was ME!
She didn’t deliver flowers to parents and grandparents. My mom had to search for her own corsage.
(4) Kid’s stuff - She left it under a table since she claimed I never told her where they needed to be placed. I was so excited about the kids gifts that I know I told her they needed to be placed on a table in the reception hall. Even if she didn’t remember me telling her, a good coordinator would have either asked one of the bridesmaids or just set them out.
(5) Placecards, I asked her specifically to have my parents and DH’s parent’s placecards set out a the table. My cousin specifically pulled those out (except 1 as we were in a rush) and handed it separately to her YET the weren’t set out.
(6) During the wedding, I asked her to do several things, but it wasn’t getting done. After asking her to do something numerous times I had to take over and have the GUESTS help to move things around.
(7) NO SHOES....yes ladies this "professional" coordinator decided to kick off her shoes even before the ceremony and reception started and left them off!
(8) She brought in an outside photographer WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION! There was a mystery guy at the wedding taking pictures right behind my photographer and his assistant. I come to find out that the mystery man was with Jeneva as pictures were posted on her myspace site. His myspace background is a picture of us!!
(9) I saw her for a chunk of the night just sitting back watching people dance instead of cleaning up and getting our items back up to the room. Then for a chunk of the night, she was drinking and dancing. Don’t get me wrong, my photographer was dancing and drinking with us(upon invitation), but since he had done his job, we had no problem with that. Jeneva not only didn’t do her job, but was drinking on our tab!
(10) She left before everything was picked up at 12:30AM (even though contract says she is to stay until 2AM and after everything is picked up) We found out about this since my cousin was trying to find her to pick up other misc. items left onsite; however, she saw Jeneva was already getting into her car ready to leave.
All in all we had a great night, but the details left undone seem to be pilling up. Our day was a success with no thanks to Jeneva, and I definitely think that yours will be better without her.
Eric has always been a great guy to work with. Anytime we wanted to meet, he would drive out and help answer all questions that were asked. At the wedding, he kept the dance floor jumping and played all the music that was requested. He was so much fun- as was his assistant Ramon!
The cake was included in our package and it was so YUMMY and so BEAUTIFUL! We had a coice between 3 bakeries and went to tastings at all o them. We received the best service from Rossmoor and the most options.
