We chose this place because we wanted wrought iron candelabras. We also used them for some tablecloth coverings and pew decorations. We also got our unity candle pedestal and candle holder here. We changed our order a couple of times before the wedding day (in advance) and they allowed us to change it. The only problem we had was the logistics of delivery since our reception site needed the tablecloth covers two days in advance. We picked up the items ourself so as to have everything delivered on time. They came right after the wedding ceremony to pick half of the items up which was great so that saved us an extra day rental fee.

Tracy, the wedding/catering manager was superb and very accomodating to what we wanted. She met with us whenever we needed to and answered numerous emails and questions. Many of our guests were non-drinkers so she let us choose a package and adjust it to cater to our guests. We had a hosted bar all night which was cheaper than paying per person for alcohol in the package. Since we had several kids as guests the club set up a kids buffet which the parents loved. Everything went well that night and it all looked beautiful. Me and my husband even had time to eat that night because she sent us through the buffet line first.

Jared was my husband's former roommate so we got a discounted price. This price included our engagement pics, bridals, and our wedding day pics. I felt like I received personal attention, he was easily accessible by email, and he was open to my suggestions for things that might look good when we were taking pics. He gave us all the pics on a DVD after they were edited and then we were allowed to print the pics that we wanted.

The flowers were beautiful and they were very accomodating to what I wanted. I felt like I received personal attention. However, my only vice is that we paid $150 for the bridal bouquet and it wasn't as big as I thought it would be. I asked for hand-tied bouquet and it seemed rather small for that amount of money.
Other than that flowers were delivered on time without any problems or concerns. I do highly recommend using them.
