Like everyone else on here, I had a wonderful experience with yourdreamdress.com. I emailed them on a Sunday, and on Monday morning Angela answered with a super-helpful and nice answer. I also corresponded with Kimberly. Every email I received from both Angela and Kimberly was prompt, courteous, helpful, and really friendly. They shipped my skirt the same day I bought it. I not only got a great deal (saved almost 80% off retail), but the whole experience of shopping with them made me happy and excited to be buying my wedding dress. I wish they sold regular clothes too so I would have a reason to shop there again. This is what customer service should be, thank you so much!
