I purchased a hair clip for my big day next Summer off the website. It looked beautiful on the website. When it arrive in the post some of the stones had fallen out during shipping, when I took it out of the package more fell out. As I ordered it in December it took me a while to get around to emailing them back as it was the the holiday season and we had visitors. I emailed them back within a month to tell them the clip was broken and they said that the clip was delicate and there was nothing they can do as they dont know how I handled it. So $100 down the drain. I would never buy anything from them again as the customer service is so bad. The items look lovely on the website but I would stay away from www.haircomesthebride.com
