Favor and Flowers has a dot com too...look them up. One of the few places in NYC where you can actually go and buy favors and wedding supplies and trinkets...for decent prices. I hated to shop online for wedding favors, so I search FavorsandFlowers dot com and then went to there location in the Village...it was the best thing I ever did. I was able to see everything that I wanted before I purchased it.

Holy Cannoli...they are the best. I could just live there forever and try each one of their pastry desserts again and again. TRY IT ALL... there will be no dissappointments...The menu has a wide variety of great dessert-type stuff that you would just die for.
The cakes, beautiful, delicious, whipped cream....and the cookies, especially the macaroons and these hard chocolate mound cookies are incredible.

I went with a group of friends for a Bachelorette Party and we had an awsome time there. It was crowded all night with a pack of fun people most of whom seemed to be celebrating something. The floor show was the best point of the night it was all around you and all out that drag made me dizzy with pleasure. The "girls" of Lucky Cheng's are sweet and funny and gracious hostesses and made our night out a success. It was like going to an amusement park, the circus and for great Asian food all wrapped up in one.. Try it out and you will not be disappointed

I fell in love with my dress which was at Macy*s Bridal Salon, Demetrios Collection... but I didn't want to pay alot of money for the dress, especially since I know Macy*s loves to hike up their prices..so I asked around to several of my friends and one suggested that I visit the Bridal Building, where she had got her dress, and highly recommended.
I must admit, upon arriving I thought that it would be something totally different from what it was. I went up stairs and saw that their were several bridal shops... maybe 6-10 shops, I don't remember exactly because they are scattered between two floors. So I choose, Best Bridal...the ladies name was Aurea, she was friendly and knowledgeable!
First I tried on some dresses, and then searched through some catalogues...then I saw the dress that I loved and asked her if she would be able to order it. She said yes, then of course the next question was the price... I didn't tell her that I had tried it on at Macy*s or the price I had been quoted, there. (Nor that this was my ultimate dream dress...)
Soooo...I stood there with my fingers crossed and waited as she went to the computer to check a few things...when she came back she smiled and said that the dress was $399.00---I could not believe it! Macy*s was selling the same exact dress.. for $500.00 more. So I calmy told the lady that I would think about it, and return in a few hours with my mom for a second opinion.
The moment that I came out of the store and to the elevator, I called my mom in hysterical joy, I was getting my dress and needed her to come to meet me at Macy*s so that I could try it on, and show her.
She loved it.
We immediatly went back to the Bridal Building, but my mom was very sckeptical so she asked tons of questions, as to why the dresses are so inexpensive. The woman simply said, "we need our customers to stay in business, and we know with unbeatable prices that they will continue to share there experience and saving with their family and friends."
So with that I ordered my dress.....and the dress is on the way, oh and one more thing, originally my dress does not have a train...but the lady said that she could call the company and for a fee they could make the dress with a sweeping train....Its going to be perfect!
So NYC and tri-state knotties...I recommend them highly...I haven't gotten by dress yet but I think you should try them out for yourself. Especially if you have already been quoted a price, go and compare...I'd love to hear back if anyone goes to check them out. REMEMBER ONLY OPEN on SATURDAYS
oh and don't forget to register with them online, the website is alittle wacky but you need it to get in the building, its almost like you pass...
